End User License Agreement
Hello! We're glad you decided to play Beat Reality. Before you begin, please read the following legal rules. We hope you enjoy the game.
1.0 General
1.1. This agreement is an agreement between you and Alyakam Studios LLC controlling your use of our game.
1.2. For the purposes of this agreement, the term "Beat Reality" includes the video game app itself, all of its equipment (such as source number) and its contents (such as pictures or music content).
1.3. This Agreement applies to Beat Reality and all future updates and upgrades, unless such expansion is covered by a separate agreement. If the Beat Reality expansion is governed by a separate agreement, you will be explicitly asked to agree to a separate agreement.
1.4. If you have small children (have the legal age in your country), make sure the agreement is reviewed and approved by the parents or guardians are legitimate.
2.0 Distributor business condition application
2.1. We generally use distributor services to sell Beat Reality. Distributors usually have their own terms governing the use of the service and the distribution of software through the service to you. If any Distributor Terms and Conditions overlap with the legal provisions set forth in this Agreement, the Distributor Terms and Conditions will prevail, unless the Agreement between you and the Alyakam Studios prevails.
3. Health and safety warnings
3.1. Due to the nature of virtual reality, Beat Reality can be physically demanding. Try to use medical conditions before you start playing. If in doubt, consult your doctor. Regular rest and hydration.
3.2. When playing Beat Reality, be careful and take care of your environment. Make sure you have enough space to play safely and there are no obstacles or dangerous objects in your area.
3.3. If you have young children (under the age of majority in your country), that the parents or other adult person who is responsible for checking the safety and health problems before starting Beat Reality.
3.4. Remember that you are responsible for your actions when playing in Beat Reality. We are not responsible for any damage or damage caused by any act while playing on Beat Reality.
4.0 License Terms and Conditions
4.1. We reserve the right to use Beat Reality (license) until you download, install and play it for non-commercial personal purposes.
4.2. You cannot perform the following operations with Beat Reality:

4.2.2. Grant sub-licenses to others;
4.2.3. Copy the Beat Reality game, and create the necessary copies to run the Beat Reality game on your gaming device;
4.2.4. Sell, rent, rent or otherwise distribute Beat Reality;
4.2.5. Unless expressly permitted by this agreement, without our prior permission or in accordance with the mandatory rules of this agreement, please edit, merge, rotate, translate, reverse engineer, decompress, and deactivate Beat Reality. Applicable law;
4.2.6. Deceptively, voluntarily use insects or wisdom to harass or harass other players, or use software or any other means to perform any action mentioned in the Beat Reality;
4.2.7. Bypass or eliminate any measures to prevent abuse of Beat Reality;
4.2.8. Abuse Beat Reality in any way that violates applicable laws (including good ethics).
4.3. We retain all ownership of Beat Reality. Through this contract, you are not assigned any ownership.
4.4. We reserve the right to unilaterally provide or implement patches, updates and other modifications to the Beat Reality game to eliminate or correct errors, malfunctions or other problems, to prevent abuse of the game or violation of this agreement, or to improve the game ( for example, provide the user with Other content).
4.5. Be considerate and courteous when using any of the Beat Reality game's online features, especially when communicating with other players. Do not choose rude or offensive usernames or usernames that violate the rights of others (especially personal rights). In such event, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions, such as changing your username, preventing you from accessing the Beat Reality game's online features or suspending or preventing access to the Beat Reality game.
5.0 Liability
5.1. We grant you all rights to Beat Reality game "as is" and "available" under this agreement. This means that we do not guarantee that Beat Reality will function properly without errors, malfunctions or other problems. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any errors, malfunctions or other problems with Beat Reality.
5.2. We warrant that we have the right to enter into this agreement with you and that we are authorized to grant you the rights under this agreement (i.e. the license to use the Beat Reality game).
6.0 Resolution
6.1. In the event of a material breach of this contract, we have the right to terminate the contract without any notice period. In such event, you will lose all rights granted by this agreement, namely the right to use the Beat Reality game, while we will have no further obligations to you under this agreement.
7.0 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
7.1. This agreement, your use of the Beat Reality game and all claims based on, arising out of or relating to this agreement or its performance, including rights and obligations in relation to compensation for damages caused by a breach of this agreement or rights and obligations with respect to any unfair enrichment. incurred in connection with this contract, it will be governed and enforced in accordance with the law of the Czech Republic (excluding conflict of laws rules), including its statutes of limitation.
7.2. Any dispute relating to this agreement will be judged and resolved exclusively by the courts of the United States Of America.
8.0 Changes and modifications
8.1. We reserve the right to make changes to this agreement. If we do so, we will post the amendments and amended text of the agreement online and take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention.
8.2. The changes will take effect (legally binding) 30 days after the modified agreement is posted online, unless a longer period is provided in the change. If you do not accept the changes, you can terminate this agreement by simply stopping the use of the Beat Reality game (including removing all copies installed on your game device). Your continued use of the Beat Reality game after the changes take effect will be construed as acceptance of the amended contract in its entirety.
9.0 Other Legal Matters
9.1. You may not assign this Agreement or any of the rights granted in the Agreement to anyone else.
9.2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the provisions of this agreement will be interpreted to the fullest extent expressed in this agreement. If any provision of this contract is held to be void, unenforceable or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will not be affected.
