This End User License Agreement ("EULA") constitutes a legal contract between you and KagariSoft, governing the acquisition and use of this Software directly from KagariSoft or through an authorized Distributor.

Please read this EULA carefully before installing or using the Software. This document grants you a license to use the Software and contains information about warranties and responsibilities.

By accepting or using the Software, you confirm your acceptance and agree to the terms of this EULA. If you are acquiring the Software on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you declare to have the authority to bind such entity to these terms. If you lack such authority or disagree with the terms of the EULA, do not install or use the Software, and do not accept this agreement.

This EULA applies solely to the Software provided by KagariSoft, regardless of any reference or description of other software in this document.


KagariSoft grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the Software with your Steam account, in accordance with the terms of this EULA. You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the minimum requirements of the Software.

You are not allowed to:

• Modify, adapt, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to reverse engineer the Software, nor allow its combination with other software.
  
• Use the Software for commercial purposes, redistribute it, whether modified or not, or allow third parties to use it on your behalf.
  
• Use the Software in a manner that violates local, national, or international laws.
  
• Use the assets or content of the project to train artificial intelligence for modification, adaptation purposes or any other type of training.
  
• Redistribute the Software with a translation, the translation must be independent of the base software.

KagariSoft retains ownership of the original Software and any subsequent downloads. The Software and its copyrights are owned by KagariSoft, which reserves the right to grant licenses to third parties.

The third-party content used in the Software remains the property of its respective creators, and their terms and conditions of use remain in effect. By accepting this EULA, you agree to respect the rights of the original authors.

This EULA becomes effective upon your initial use of the Software and continues until its termination. It will be terminated immediately if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, all granted licenses terminate, and you must cease all use of the Software. Provisions that should naturally survive termination will continue after the termination of the EULA.


You are allowed to translate the Software as long as it does not violate the policies in this document. Translations derived from the original project must not and cannot be commercialized, including Advertising, Donations, or any other means by which you profit.


The software utilizes Steam's DRM and not third-party DRM to protect said Software.


Claims made outside of Steam will be made by KagariSoft or by distributors on behalf of KagariSoft in order to protect the material or Software created by KagariSoft.
