CatTuber team hereby grants you (and you also accept by installing the software) a limited, non-exclusive right to install and use one copy of the software. This program is licensed, not sold. Your authorization does not imply your ownership of the Program.
2.User rights
You may use CatTuber for any business purpose , subject to local laws and the terms of this Agreement . If you use CatTuber publicly (such as in a streaming or video), you grant the CatTuber team the right to advertise that you are using CatTuber , such as by repost your post or posting a screenshot of your livestream page on social media.
3.Software update
CatTuber team provides software updates through the Steam platform. Updates may cause problems with files modified or imported by users. CatTuber team is not responsible for any file damage, change, or overwriting caused by software updates. You need to create safe copies of all files you use to prevent data loss.
4.Models in CatTuber
The models in the software do not necessarily belong to the CatTuber team, and different models may have different usage restrictions. When you use CatTuber publicly (including but not limited to live broadcasts and videos), you must comply with the usage restrictions for all models that appear in public screen. Models with usage restrictions will have special labels and descriptions in CatTuber. If not, you can freely use them in live broadcasts or videos.
5.You acknowledge and agree
This software is copyrighted and you own only the rights granted to you by the above license. Except as prohibited by law, in no event shall the CatTuber team be liable for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunity or indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this software. 8.License Agreement Update

This application contains the Live2D Cubism SDK developed by Live2D Inc. of which the copyrights are held by Live2D Inc. If this application is utilized as a primary element of a business* and its annual sales made directly or indirectly by this application exceed 20 million JPY, you shall be obliged to execute a Publication License Agreement with Live2D Inc. and pay required license fees. You shall also be obliged to immediately notify Live2D Inc. when the annual sales exceed 20 million JPY. Any violation of these obligations means the utilization of Live2D Cubism SDK beyond the scope permitted by Live2D Inc. with regard to this application and the infringement of intellectual property rights of Live2D Inc., and you may receive legal claims from Live2D Inc.
* “Utilizing this application as a primary element of a business” includes but is not limited to operating a VTuber streaming business. It does not include streaming video contents for sales promotion.
