ZERO HOUR END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY
This End User License Agreement (EULA) is between You (User) and the mentioned Licensor ( Zero Hour
) which ensure your usage of the videogame, application, software, associated upgrades, updates and
patches related services (the Product) currently provided or which will be provided by ZERO HOUR.
The software is licensed, not sold. By downloading, installing or otherwise using the software, and any other
materials included with the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to all
the terms of this agreement, you are not permitted to participate in online public matches.
ZERO HOUR reserves all the right to change, modify, add or delete articles in this EULA at any time.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Zero hour grants you a Non-transferable, Non-commercial and personal license to use a single
copy of the software. The term of your license under this Agreement will be validated fromthe date
that you install or otherwise use the Software and ends on the date of either your disposal of the
Software or the termination of this Agreement.
If any user copying, reproducing, or distributing all or any portion of the Software in any means or
medium, his (the User) license will be terminatedwith prior notice provided by ZERO HOUR.
2. OWNERSHIP:
Zero hour is a product of Attrito and M7 Productions. Both companies reserve all the rights to
add, change, extend and cancel any features related to the product at any time. This feature
includes all text, graphics, music or sounds, items of information, fictional characters, names,
themes, objects, scenery, costumes, effects, dialogues, slogans, places, diagrams, concepts,
choreographies, videos, audio-visual effects, domain names and any other elements which are
part of the Product. Any reproduction or representation of these licensed materials in any
means, for any reason is prohibited without prior written permission.
3. COMMERCIAL USAGE:
Without any prior written letter or consent you will not be able to use anything related to the
Product (text, images, logo, artwork, sounds, videos, etc.) for commercial purpose. Using these
things without prior consent will indicate the breach of this EULA.
4. TERMINATION & SUSPENSION
This EULA is effective until terminated by You (User) or by Zero Hour (the Licensor). You and Zero hour can
terminate this agreement at any time for any reason. The user may at any time terminate this EULA
by uninstalling the Program from their personal computer. The licensor may cancel your license
without any further notification if your use of the Software is found to be involved or may involve any
illegal activity, or upon your failure to comply with terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If your behavior in game during a public match can be seen to be hurting the experience of other
players because of exploits, team kills, cursing, spawn peeking or hacking, Zero Hour will take
appropriate action to punish such acts. Punishments consist of –
a. Toxicity flag : If you are reported showing toxicity of any form, Cursing in chat/ spamming
chat, using verbal abuse or offensive language, showing racism, sexism, discrimination or
team killing.
b. Match-making Flag : If you are reported exploiting game mechanics, spawn peeking or
hacking in public matches. If you are cheating in any way directly or indirectly like scripting,
smurfing, and rank boosting to gain any benefit while playing Zero Hour, you are violating
this EULA.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:
There are NO WARRANTIES for this software. Licensor ensures that the Software is compatible for a PC
meeting the specific system requirements mentioned in the Software documentation. The entire risk of
usage or performance due to internet connection, lower system requirements than mentioned in
the software remains with the user.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
THIS GAME CONTAINS FREQUENT VIOLENCE OR GORE, GENERAL MATURE CONTENT, WHICH
MAY NOT APPROPRIATE FOR ALL AGES. THE USERS ARE ADVISED TO USE THE PRODUCT AT THEIR
OWN RISK. ZERO HOUR AND THE MEMBERS AFFILIATED WITH THIS GAME WILL NOT BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY KIND OF LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF
THE PRODUCT OR ANY RELATED THIRD PARTY SERVICE. THERE WILL BE NO LIABILITY FOR DEATH
OR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, SELF INFLICTED
INJURY, OR FOR ANY INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT COMMITTED BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON
WHO PLAYS OR OBSERVES SOMEONE ELSE PLAYING ZERO HOUR.
