END USERS LICENSE AGREEMENT
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this video game. Your installation or use of this copy of Star Mine indicates your acceptance of this license.
These license terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Anthony Vaughan Bartram, governing your use of the video game ‘Star Mine’ (the Software). Software here means, image files, all accompanying files, data and materials received as a part of Star Mine.
THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL ANTHONY VAUGHAN BARTRAM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL ,SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ),PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS ;OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
Anthony Vaughan Bartram is the owner of the copyright of Star Mine and all of its derivatives. Except for the portions of music jointly created by Simeon Every as well as graphics jointly created with Sophia Zara Bartram and are used by their express permission. All rights of any kind, which are not expressly granted in this license, are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by Anthony Vaughan Bartram. You may not rent, lease, transfer, modify, translate or create derivative works based on the Software.
This End User License Agreement is effective until you terminate it by destroying the Software and its documentation together with all copies. It will also terminate if you fail to abide by its terms. Upon termination you agree to destroy all copies of the Software and its documentation including any Software you posses.
This End User License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
Each of the parties irrevocably submits for all purposes in connection with this End User License Agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
