Welcome to Masangsoft. Your privacy is important to us.
1. General Provision
Masangsoft and its affiliates ("Masangsoft", “us”, “our” or "we") are dedicated to protecting the privacy rights of our users ("users" or "you"). This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes the ways we collect, store, use, and manage the information, including personal information, that you provide or we collect in connection with our websites, including (the “Sites”) or any Masangsoft game provided on a mobile platform (for example, iOS and Android)(collectively, the "Service"). We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time. If we decide to change this Policy, we shall post those changes on the first page of the website and the service and update the date at the top of the page. The changes shall be effective when posted. Please check this page on a regular basis so that you remain aware of what information we collect and how we use it.
2. Agreement on Collection of Personal Information
<1> Users can choose between and to show their opinions on our privacy policy, terms of use, and other service policies. Information of users who agreed is used for them to play our games.
<2> Users can disagree with collection of personal information. However, users who do not offer a minimum amount of information required for game service can be limited to have full service.
3. Information Collection and Use
Masangsoft collects information as described below. Masangsoft’s primary goals in collecting and using information is to create your account, provide Services to you, improve our Service, contact you, conduct research and create reports for internal use. We do not use information for any other purposes than goals in collecting and using information stated above unless required by law.
<1> User Content Uploaded by Users
“User Content” means all the material and information that you upload. When you sign up on the website, we collect your information (ID, nickname, social network account, email address, and i-PIN).
<2> User Content Collected During Pay Service
Owner information of payment methods, credit card information, bank account information, cell phone number, phone number, PIN number, gift card ID/password, and information of legal guardian of minors for purchase agreement

When other personal information than information stated above is needed to be collected while you use our service, we notify you and get your agreement. 4. Collection and Utilization Purpose of Personal Information
We use information collected through our Service for purposes described in this Policy or disclosed to you in connection with our Service. For example, we may use your information to:
• create game accounts and allow users to play our games;
• identify and suggest connections with other Masangsoft users;
• operate and improve our Service;
• understand you and your preferences to enhance your experience and enjoyment using our Service;
• respond to your comments and questions and provide customer service;
• provide and deliver products and services you request;
• send you the related information including confirmations, invoices, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;
• communicate with you about promotions, rewards, upcoming events, and other news about products and services offered by Masangsoft and our selected partners;
• enable you to communicate with other users; and
• link or combine it with other information we get from third parties, to help understand your preferences and provide you with better services.
5. Destroying Procedure and Method of Personal Information
The Company in principle destroys personal information of the User without any delay once the purpose for collecting and using personal information has been achieved.
The destroying procedure and method of personal information shall be as in the following. When we accomplish our purpose of collection and use, we destroy the information without promptly.
However, we retain following information during stated period for following reasons.
a. By Masangsoft's internal policy

We retain user information during certain time period decided by the relevant laws if required by regulations such as act on the consumer protection in commercial laws and e-commerce. In this case, we use the information only for the purpose of retaining, and retaining period is as below.

6. Process and Methods of Information Disposal
In principle, we dispose of personal information of users promptly when the purposes of collection and use are achieved. Process and methods of disposal are as below.
a. Process
Information uploaded by users to use service (e.g. sign-up) is moved to a separate DB(filing cabinet if the information is in form of paper) after the goal is achieved, stored for a certain time period according to internal policy and relevant laws to protect information (refer to retaining and using period), and disposed.
Personal information is not used for any other purposes unless required by laws.
b. Methods
- If information is written on papers, it is disposed by a shredder or incinerated.
- If information is saved in form of electronic file, it is deleted by using technologies preventing records from regenerating
7. Personal Information Management (Read, edit, delete, etc.)
a. Users can check, edit, and renew their own personal information anytime. You can read and edit personal information at ‘My information’. Also, you can delete personal information by clicking [Delete my account] at ‘My information’ anytime. If you delete your account, your personal information shallbe completely deleted unless retaining period is determined by laws.
b. If a user tells us that he/she wants to read, edit, or delete his/her own personal information, we take applicable measures promptly after user identification. Also, if the case comes under each subparagraph of Article 21(AgreementCancellation and Revocation) in terms of use, you can contact personal information manager by writing, phone call or email and ask to dispose personal information, delete user account ID, stop service, etc. at the discretion of the manager.
c. Masangsoft can notify you following information to answer your inquiries under this article. We may require you certain documents to identify you with the owner of the information.

8. Installing/Operating Automatic Collection Equipment regarding Personal Information and Matters against the Collection
A cookie is a small text file that we transfer to your computer and/or device, to identify a user's computer/device and to "remember" things about your visit, such as your preferences or a user name and password. Information contained in a cookie may be linked to your personal information for purposes such as improving the quality of our Service, tailoring recommendations to your interests, and making the Service easier to use. You can disable cookies at any time, although you may not be able to access or use features of the Service.
a. Purpose for using cookie in the computer
- We use cookies to analyze our services and patterns of users' usage, and provide membership service.
b. Installation/operation of cookie & the refusal thereof
- Members have the option to install cookie, therefore they can allow all cookies by opting on the web-browser, request to confirm whenever cookie is restored, or refuse all cookie installation.
- However, there could be difficulty in using certain services requiring log-in if you block all cookies.

Masangsoft use cookies to find information of ID to provide users with more proper and useful service. Cookies tell users' computers but not users individually.
9. Technical/Managerial Measures regarding Personal Information Protection
Masangsoft takes reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration by third parties.
a. Password encryption
As Masangsoft member’s account password is restored through encryption, only the relevant member can recognize it. Confirmation and modification of personal information are possible only by the account owner who knows the password.
b. Hacking prevention
The Company is frequently conducting backups to prepare for any damage regarding personal information. With the latest vaccine program, it endeavors to prevent the member’s personal information from leakage or damage caused by computer virus etc. Also, the Company has opted for security program so that personal information can be transmitted safely on the network.The Company in order to prevent personal information from spill, controls illegal access from outside by utilizing intrusion blocking system (ie. firewall), and is committed to installing all technical equipment as much as possible to secure other system safety.
c. Staff limitation and training
The Company shall limit the accessing authority to staff carrying out personal information management tasks such as person in charge thereof etc., grant a special password for this renewing it regularly, and at all times through training with personal information handling staffs, emphasize the relevant compliance with the Privacy Policy.
d. Operation of personal information protecting organization
Also, Masangsoft checks implementation of the Privacy Policy and status of staff compliance by operating an internal communication security organization to make sure that we can fix issues promptly when they occur.
Apart from the Company’s endeavors as aforementioned, the members should be careful to not disclose personal information such as the member ID and password on internet or to any other party. If such ID and password etc, have been disclosed due to negligence or carelessness of the member, the Company is not liable for any damages inflicted upon the User whatsoever.
10. Rights of Minor User and Legal Agent
(1) Masangsoft obtains agreement from legal agent (parents) when collecting personal information of children under the age of 14 (“children,” or the “child”).
(2) We send the legal agent an e-mail or an agreement form for the legal agent to indicate agreement or approval and send it back to us via e-mail or so.
(3) To get the agreement or approval stated above, we may ask the child for personal information of the legal agent such as name, contact, etc., and we do not use the collected information of the legal agent for any other purpose than confirmation of agreement, or share the information with 3rd parties.
(4) Agreement paper filled by the legal agent is used to deal with issues like consumer complaints and conflicts when events such as agreement between minor and Masangsoft, purchase cancellation, payment, product supply, etc. occur.
(5) Members and legal agent may at any time search and modify personal information of member / children under 14 years old, and request the membership cancellation (ie. withdrawal of agreement).
(6) When users require us to correct errors in personal information, we do not use or provide the information till the error is completely corrected. Also, if wrong personal information is already provided to 3rd parties, we shallnotify them the corrected version of the information promptly.

12. Sharing and Provision of Collected Personal Information
1.Masangsoft obtains agreement from members if we provide member information to 3rd parties. The Company shall use personal information only within the limit of “Collection and Utilization Purpose of Personal Information”, neither exceeding the standard nor sharing with other organizations or other people; Provided that the below events are exception.
- If any member provides a prior consent in terms of provision and sharing with the 3rdparty
- If any member did anything against the laws or policies of Masangsoft (terms of use, rules, etc.), and government agency requires for the purpose of investigation according to specified procedure and method under the relevant laws and regulations
2. Masangsoft can provide or share personal information of members with affiliated entities or to other third parties for business such as customizing service. However, when we provide personal information to those organizations or share information with them, we ask members for agreement notifying the name of the affiliated entities or third parties, purposes of the affiliation, the sharing range of personal information, and how long it shallbe protected and managed. If a member does not agree with sharing, we do not provide or share the member’s information with any affiliated entity or third party.
3. If any member reports issues regarding mobile/ARS payment, or Mobile/ARS payment mediation center requires regarding similar issues, we may give information such as name, birth date, and cellphone number of members to Mobile/ARS payment mediation center to the extent required to solve the issue.

13. Commissioning Agreement of Personal Information
Masangsoft is not commissioning any contractor/outsourcing company to provide our service.
In the future, as it may become necessary, we shall clarify and stressinstructions for personal information protection, prevention of information leakage, and responsibilities in case of accident in the contract of commissioning.
14. GDPR
General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR) enters into force in the EU. The GDPR aims primarily to give individuals control over their personal data and simplify the regulatory environment for businesses by unifying the laws within the EU. When the GDPR takes effect, it is directly binding and applicable in all EU countries.
The GDPR affects all EU customers, as well as companies located in the EU. As Masangsoft has members who are located in the EU, we want to make sure that it provides all players with the rights that the GDPR introduces, e.g., we will inform you about how we are using your data in detail in our new version of the Privacy Policy, we will provide you with the copy of your personal data or delete your account (together with the personal data about you) upon your request.
If you are playing from outside of the EU, then besides the GDPR, we also respect the rights granted to you with regard to your personal data under the applicable laws. At the same time, we also provide you with the rights that the GDPR stipulates. It is your choice to which extent you want to exercise them, and the rights do not create any additional obligations for you.
Also, you will be able to object to the processing of your personal data. You will be able to express your objections by submitting a ticket HERE and we will pass it to the competent department for proper reaction.
15. Duty of Notification regarding Policy Change
When any contents of the current Privacy Policy are added, deleted or modified, we shall give notice at least 7 days prior to the enforcement of the revised version, by displaying the modifications on ‘Notice’ at the Homepage website.

<Terms and Conditions of Use >
Article 1.Purpose
The terms and conditions of use shown here (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") set forth the terms between Masangsoft (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and users (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "Users" depending upon context) of game services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by the Company such as rights of the Company and Users, obligation and responsibilities, and miscellaneous requirements.
Article 2. Definitions
The following words and terms shall have the meanings set forth below when they are used in the Terms and Conditions.
1. "Service(s)"refers to Ace Online, all the other Masangsoft games, and subsidiary programs provided on any platform/media (including PC, TV, mobile devices, and other wired or wireless devices) for “Users” stated below.
2. "Member(s)" or “User(s)” means a customer(s) who accesses to the Services provided by the Company,and signs the agreementwith the Company to use the Services.
3. “ID” or “User ID” means identifier(s), a combination of alphabetic and numeric characters, set by the Company based on User's application.
4. “Password” means a secret series of numbers or letters made by Users for identification and security.
5. "Content(s)" means information that may be accessed through the Service such as text, audio files, music, images, videos, software, programs, computer code, and the like.
6. "Submitted Content(s)" means content(s) that Users have submitted, transmitted, or uploaded.
Article 3.Notice and Modification of the Terms and Conditions
1. The Company posts the Terms and Conditions on the first page of the services to ensure that Users can easily find and check the terms and conditions.
2. The Company may modify the Terms and Conditions within the range where the relevant laws are not violated.
3. When the Company modifies the Terms and Conditions, the Company provides prior notice to Users since 30 days before the enforcement till the prior day to the enforcement including the enforcement date, revising reason(s), and the current Terms and Conditionsin accordance toparagraph 1 of this article. If the modification isdisadvantageous to Users, notify Users via e-mail, message, pop-up window for agreement, etc. besides the notice during a certain period of time.
4. Users shall be deemed to have granted valid and irrevocable consent to the modified Terms and Conditions or Separate Terms and Conditions by continuing to use the Service without showing any declaration of will (e.g. refusal) within 30 days after the notice of the Terms and conditions as stated in paragraph 3 above.
5. When a User disagrees with the modified Terms and Conditions, the Company cannot apply the modified version of the Terms and Conditions to the User, and in this case, the agreementbetween the User and the Company may be terminated.
Article 4. Interpretation of the Terms and Conditions
1. The Company shall process what is not decided or interpreted in this Terms and Conditions in accordance with the relevant laws or the commercial practice.
Article 5.License
1. “License” is given to “Applicant,” who wants to be Member/User of Masangsoft, agrees with the Terms and Conditions of Use, and submits application to Masangsoft, by Masangsoft accepting the application.
2. In principle, the Company accepts the Applicant’s application and grants to the Applicant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicenable, revocable limited License to use and display the Services provided by the Company for the Appicant’s personal, non-commercial use by any device(s) of which the Applicant is the sole, primary user. With respect to any such registration, we may refuse to grant the Applicant the license or decide to grant the Applicant revocation of the license later if the Application is in the cases below.
(1) The Applicant has been previously restricted from accessing or using any Masangsoft website or other Masangsoft Internet property or any Masangsoft game or other Services. However, if the previously restricted applicant is approved to register again by Masangsoft, and over one year has passed since the restriction, the case is deemed to be exception.
(2)The Applicant does not use his/her real name, or uses name of any other person, which shall be deemed to be impersonation.
(3)The Applicant submits false information, or does not submit what the Company requires
(4)The Applicant is a Child under the age of 14 without consent of legal guardian (e.g. parents)
(5)The Company fails to accept the application due to the Applicant’s fault, or the Applicant violates any regulation for registration
3. Accepting application as stated in Paragraph 2, the Company may differentiate the range, time, or so of using the Services for each Applicant abiding by the relevant laws and its own policies.
4. The Company may postpone acceptance of application for lack of Service facilities, technical or professional reasons.
5. When the Company declines or postpones acceptance of application as stated in Paragraph 2 and 3, the Company notifies that to the Applicant.
6. Regarding Paragraph 1 and 2, the Company may ask the Applicant/User for real name verification and identity authentication before or after the registration.
7. The License is given at the moment that a sign saying registration completed is shown in the process of application.
8. The Company may differentiate Users by rating abiding with Masansoft’s policies, providing different time, Services, and so on.
Article 6. Modification of Account Information
1. Users may read, modify or make changes to their own personal information. However, information such as User’sreal name, social security number(if applicable), ID, etc. cannot be modified for servicemaintenance.
2. Masangsoft may change ID of any User in several cases below, and we notify the user in accordance toArticle 9.
(1) It is inevitable that the Company changes the information to grant more and better Services to Users
(2) The Company needs unification with other Services to operate Services or plans of the Company
(3) ID that any User submitted violates relevant laws or anyMasangsoft policy, and needs to be changed
3. If any information submitted for registration/application is changed, Users should modify the information online or notify the Company the changed information via email or other methods.
4. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from Users’ failure to notify Masangsoft the changed information or to modify the information online as stated in Paragraph 3.
Article 7. Privacy
The Company places its highest priority on the privacy of its Users. The Company promises to possess, protect, and manage the privacy and personal information of its users in accordance with the relevant laws and Masangsoft’s Privacy Policy. However, the Company cannot apply its Privacy Policy to other websites than official websites of Masangsoft.
Article 8.User Obligations regarding Confidentiality of ID and Password
1. Users are fully responsible for all interactions with the game Services that occur in connection with your ID or password (including, without limitation, all transactions, as defined above) that any other person may know or use.
2. Users agree to immediately notify Masangsoft of any unauthorized use of the user’s ID or password or any other breach of security related to your account or to the Service, and to make reasonable efforts to remedy such breaches as the Company requires (including any breaches relating to known or suspected copyright infringement in connection with the Service), and to ensure that you “log off”/exit from your account with the Service (if applicable) at the end of each session.
3. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from Users’ failure to notify Masangsoft, or to comply with Masangsoft’s guide and instructions such as this document even if the user notified Masangsoft.
Article 9. Notice to Users
1. Masangsoftshall notify Users through email addresses that the Users submitted for registration, electronic memo in the Services, wired/wireless devices, etc. unless there is any extra regulation for special cases stated in this document.
2. The Company attempts to let Users recognize notice by posting the notice on Masangsoft website for over 7 days if the notice is for all Users
Article 10.MasangsoftObligations to Users
1. The Company does not conduct any behavior against relevant laws, the Terms and Conditions, and traditional customs, and tries its best to grant constant and stable Services to Users.
2. The Company promises to exercise the utmost care and attention regarding their security measures such as security system for the continued security of any and all User Information (including credit information) to ensure Users to use our Services. Also, the Company notifies and complies with its own Privacy Policy.
3. When the Company acknowledges any opinion or complaint from any User regarding using the Service, the Company resolves the problem with the utmost care and attention. Also, the Company lets the User know how the resolution is going and the result through the website of the Service that the User is using, GM of the Contents (game), notice board, and so on.
Article 11. User Obligations
1. User shall not conduct any activity or behavior below.
(1) Falsifying User information for application/registration and other actions related to User accounts
(2) Using information of any other person
(3) Modification of information posted in the Company
(4)Posting or transmission of information (e.g. computer program) which is not approved by the Company
(5)Actions that Infringe on Masangsoft and Third Party Rights (e.g. copyright, IP)
(6) Interrupting Services or acts of slander on the Company or any other third party/person
(7) Posting or transmission of adult content such as obscene or violent message, video, audio, and so on
(8) Utilizing the Service for commercial use and profit such as advertising and spam and Engaging in Similar Acts without our approval
(9) Commercial Uses:Conducting sales, exchanges, swaps, auctions or other transfer of products or services such as game, character, item, M coin, etc. through the Service
(10) Additional illegal or prohibited acts
2. Users comply with relevant laws, Masangsoft policies, guidelines, notices regarding the Services, and any other notices posed by the Company. Also, Users shall not disrupt or interrupt the Services and business of Masangsoft.
Article 12. Service Provision
1. The Company provides Users with Services as below.
(1) Game Service
(2) Community Service
(3) Security Service
(4) Customer Protection Service
(5) All Services additionally developed by the Company or provided for Users through affiliation with another Company
2. Services are provided 24/7. However, the Company may designate available time period, how many times you could play, etc. for each Service and User according to Masangsoft policies and relevant laws.
3. The Company may temporarily terminate Service provision to repair, check, change devices for information communications such as computer, or for a considerable reason like malfunctioning devices, loss of communication, and operation problems.
4. In the cases of Paragraph 2 and 3, the Companynotifies Users the information as stated in Article 9 (Notice to Users). However, if the Company cannot notify beforehand for an appropriatereason, the Company shall notify Users afterwards.
5. The Company shall conduct maintenance check regularly if needed for Service provision, and the time for regular maintenance check shall be notified onthe Service page.
Article 13. Modification of Service
1. Masangsoft may modify all or some Services for a considerable reason along with operative and technical needs.
2. If Service content, usage, or available time is to be modified, related information such as the reason and content of modification and enforcement dateshall be posted on the first page of the Service at least 7 days before the modification.
3. The Company may modify, terminate, and change all or some free Services if needed for game operation and Masangsoft policies, and may not compensate any User for this unless there is a special regulation by relevant laws.
Article 14. Information Provision and Advertising
1. Masangsoft may provide Users with various types of information, which is deemed to be necessary for Users while using the Services, via notice or email. However, Users may unsubscribe Masangsoftat any time through personal information page or email.
2. The Company requests Users approval beforehand to send information stated in Paragraph 1 via telephone or FAX.
3. The Company may post advertisements regarding operation of the Services on the homepage website, email, Service page, and so on. Users who receive emails with advertisements may unsubscribe Masangsoft.
Article 15. Copyright of User Content
1. User Content uploaded or transmitted by Users through the Services is copyrighted works owned by the User who uploaded or transmitted the contents.
2. You hereby grant Masangsoft a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, paid-up, non-exclusive license and right to reproduce, fix, adapt, modify, translate, reformat, create derivative works from, manufacture, introduce into circulation, publish, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, transfer, rent, lease, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, provide access to electronically, broadcast, communicate to the public by telecommunication, enter into computer memory, use, and practice such User Content as well as all modified and derivative works thereof. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, you hereby waive any moral rights you may have in any User Content. In this case, the Company complies with copyright laws and regulations, and Users may delete, exclude from search results, and close the User Content through support center or management function in the Services.
3. The Company requests Users approval beforehand via telephone, FAX, email, etc. to use User Content in any way or for any use besides stated in Paragraph 2.
Article 16. User Content Management
1. If User Content contains violation of relevant laws such as copyright laws or any other laws regarding information and communications, GM may request to stop posting the Content or delete the Content according to the process set by the relevant laws, and the Company shall take applicable measures according to the relevant laws.
2. Even if there is no request as stated above, the Company may take temporary measures for the User Content in the cases that there is anything to prove the infringement of any right,or violation of Masangsoft policies or the relevant laws.
3. Detailed process for this article complies with ‘post suspension request service’ determined by the Company within the range defined by copyright laws or any other laws regarding information and communications..
Article 17. Ownership
1. Masangsoftshall remain the holder of all intellectual property rights as well as all other rights in the Contents, gamesand Services offered to Users by the Company, except for Contents uploaded by Users and works provided by affiliation agreement.
2. The Company grants Users the non-transferable, non-re-licensable, non-exclusive, non-salable license to use the Contents provided by the Company, only for the purpose of using the Services such as Games, characters, items, M coin, etc. according to Terms and Conditions of Use created by the Company regarding the Services. Users shall not provide collateral for the license or conduct any similar act.
Article 18.Collection of Non-Personal Data.
1. Masangsoft shall have the right to obtain data such as PC specifications, system information, and error information excluding personal information of Users to stabilize the Services, reduce errors, and check if infected with malicious code.
2. The Company may save and store in-game (in-Service) chat transcripts, which shall only be possessed by the Company and not be provided to any other entities except for legitimate third parties. The Company shall utilize the data in following cases only, and notifies Users the usage when utilizing the data.
(1) It is found out or reported that any User conducts violation of laws, Terms and Conditions of Use, or virtual currency regulations.
(2) The data is needed to mediate conflict between Users or handle complaints.
(3) The Company deems it necessary to utilize the data for maintenance of order in the Services.
3. The Company may apply technologies such as Grid Computing and Distributed Control System which transmit data to other Users by utilizing resource or a part of storage space of User PC to ensure that the Company could provide Users with the Services safely and quickly.
Article 19. Special Provisions regarding Childrenunder 14
1. Subject to the laws of your country of residence, children under 14 may utilize an Account established with the approval of their parent or legal guardian. Children under 14 shall fully acknowledge all purposes of collection and use of personal information and get the approval of their parent or legal guardian before providing their personal information.
2. The Company may cancel or not allow Account registration of Children under 14 without confirmation and approval of their parent or legal guardian.
3. Parent or legal guardian of User under 14 may request to read, modify and renew personal information of the User, and may conduct revocation of the approval. In these cases, the Company shall promptly take necessary measures.
Article 20. Service for Test
1. The Company may provide Users with Services (CBT, OBT, and Test server) for test for a certain time period.
2. In Services (CBT, OBT, and Test server) for test, Masangsoft may change, add, and delete game data for Service stability, and may initialize all in-game data regarding Services for test such as M coin, character and game item obtained during test period.
Article 21.AgreementCancellation and Revocation
1. User may request cancellation at any time through support center or My information menu in the Services, and the Company shall promptly take measures as determined by relevant laws. However, for a certain time after registration immediate cancellation may be limited to prevent Service abuse.
2. When User conducts revocation, all data of the User is deleted promptly except for cases that the Company retains User information complying with relevant laws and Privacy Policy.
3. Period of Retaining and Using Personal Information
In principle, personal information of Users shall be promptly destroyed not to be restored after purposes of collection and use are achieved in accordance toArticle 21 of Personal Information Protection Act. However, when any damage occurs from identity theft, the Company shall retain personal information for 30 days after revocation to restore the damage and protect victim. Also, the Company retains following information for a certain period with specified reasons without using the information for any other use.

Article 22. Restrictions
1. The Company may limit Service use of User who violates the Terms and Conditions or disturbs stable game Services by caution, suspension, and termination of agreement.
2. The Company may terminate the agreement promptly and suspend User Account permanently if any User conductsviolation of‘Resident Registration Act’ byidentity theft and unauthorized use of any payment method of other person,‘Copyright Act’&‘Computer Program Protection Act’ by providing illegal program and disturbing Service, ‘Information & Communications Network Act’ by illegal communication, hacking, distribution of malicious program, and exceeding access authority, and‘Act on the Promotion of the Game Industry’ by brokerage and purchase of M coin, or has a bad influence on game operation (GM impersonation, in-game fraud, consistent andintentional bug usage, etc.) or slanders nation, nationality, race, gender, sex, age, disability, and body parts. If your agreement is terminated by this paragraph, all contents you obtained through the Services such as in-game character and item will lapse, and the Company shall not compensate for the loss.
3. To protect User information and increase the efficiency of Service operation, the Company may limit Users while using the Services if the User has not logged in for over 6 months.
4. The Company complies with Operation Policy of each Service and restrictions within the range of usage limitation stated in this article when it comes to details and conditions of the limitation.
5. The Company shall notify the User in accordance toArticle 9 (Notice to Users) when limiting the usage of the Services or terminating the agreement in accordance tothis article.
6. The Company may limit how, how long, how many times Users use the Services to prevent overindulgence, and apply User Protection Program to Users by the degree of overindulgence. By the User Protection Program, Users may be limited stage by stage while using the Services. If any User refuses the application of the User Protection Program, the Company may terminate provision of the Services. The Company complies with User Protection Program Policy for details.
7. Users may raise an objection to the usage limitation in this article considering the process set by that case, if the Company acknowledges that the objection is appropriate, the Company shall promptly resume the usage of the Services.
Article 23. Limitation of Liability
1. The Company shall not be responsible for providing Services when the Company cannot provide the Services due to natural disaster, war, terror, or similar uncontrollable situation..
2. The Company shall not be responsible for any disablement or damages inflicted upon Users due to Users’ fault.
3. The Company shall not be responsible for providing Services when the Company cannot provide the Services because stable telecommunications service is not provided by key telecommunications service provider.
4. The Company shall not be responsible for reliability or accuracy of any User Content (information, documents, and fact) regarding the Services.
no event shall the Company be liable for any contract or similar acts between Users or between User and any third party/person in the Services as media.
6. IN NO EVENT SHALL MASANGSOFT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE FREESERVICES OF MASANGSOFT OR ANY SITE OR SERVICE LINKED FROM THE FREE SERVICES UNLESS THE DAMAGES WERE RESULTED IN BY MASANGSOFT’S INTENTION OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE.
Article 24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
1. Conflicts or lawsuits between Users and the Company will be governed primarily under the laws of Republic of Korea, without regard to choice of law principles.
2. Lawsuits regarding conflicts between Users and the Company are filed to the jurisdictional court according to relevant laws such as Civil Procedure Act.
Article 25. Indemnification
1. The Company shall be responsible for any damages inflicted upon Users regarding the use of the Services due to Masangsoft’s gross negligence or intentions.
2. When the Services are stopped without notice due to Masangsoft’s gross negligence or intentions for over 4 hours, the Company compensates for damages on Users, who are flat-rate system members, with additional Service or as stated in Masangsoft policies. Additional Service means, when the Services have been stopped for over 4 hours in a row, twice the stopped time as the minimum standardfor the compensation is offered.
3. Each of Masangsoft’s affiliates shall be responsible for any third-party lawsuits, claims, demands, damages, liabilities and costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of use of the services provided by Masangsoft’s affiliates that are affiliated with but separate from Masangsoft due to any fault of the affiliates after the User agreed the Terms and Conditions of Use for the separate Services affiliated with Masangsoft.
Article 26.Indemnification for Service Disablement
Masangsoft shall compensate User for any damages in the Services such as use of item due to any disablement in the Services according to regulations on compensation for consumer's damages. There may be additional compensation such as M coin considering how long the disablement lasts.
<Operation Policy>

Masangsoft will run all the Services provided by Masangsoft in accordance to the terms of this Operation Policy.
The aims of the Operation Policy are as follows.
(1)To solve any problems that may occur within the Services quickly, precisely, and fairly.
(2)To protect and bring balance, convenience and the right of Users within the service environment.
The Company reserves the right to alter the terms of the Operation Policy if better policies are found.
Any violation of the Operation Policy may result in the user receiving a warning, penalty, limitation in using Account or deprivation of all User authorities in accordance to the applicable paragraph. Masangsoft shall try its best to handle any inconvenience arising out of use of the Services objectively to provide better services.

The Operation Policy is applied to All Services of Masangsoft( .
All Services provided to customers using Masangsoft online and mobile Services are based on this Operation Policy.
Its contents define the best policies to take measures when any incidents regulated in the Operation Policy or any similar incidents occur, and the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Operation Policy at any time by posting the amended Operation Policy on or within the homepage website.
ALL CUSTOMERS (hereinafter "Users") PLEASE ENSURE THAT THEY HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE. THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE SUFFERED BY THE USER OR ANY THIRD PARTY AS A RESULT OF USING THIS SERVICE WITHOUT READING AND FULLY UNDERSTANDING THE OPERATION POLICY.
Regarding anything that is not mentioned in detail in this Operation Policy, general in-game regulations shared by GM and User may be used to judge and handle any incidents.
* Account / Character Name Policy
- Account registration for the game Services produced and distributed by Masangsoft shall be made on Terms and Conditions of Use made during registration are applied to every game of Masangsoft.
- Any details regarding account such as registration and deletion are handled based on the Terms and Conditions of Use of Masangsoft.
- If User deletes Masangsoft account, the User’s all information in game Services of Masangsoft such as character information and item information is deleted.
However, if the User requests for restoration in 7 days after account deletion, the Company shall give the User help.
Restoration of deleted account can happen only once per account, so any account that has already been restored once before shall not be restored again after re-deletion.
If you want to restore your deleted account, send copy of your ID card and account nameto . (We only need your birth date including year, month, and day, so please cover other important numbers.)
- If you steal social security number of any other person than yourself, your User rights in game Services shall not be guaranteed and you shall be restricted by laws. Thus, please use your own social security number.
- E-mail address is used for in-game convenience and communication between Users and the Company such as various mailing services of help center and event winner contact.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password or any personal information you may use to access Materials or areas of the game Services, and you are fully responsible for all interactions with the Services that occur in connection with your password or user name (including, without limitation, all transactions). If any problem occurs by carelessness, account sharing or negligence of the User, the Company shall not help the User, and the User is liable for the problem.
- The Company may request Users for necessary documents when the Company needs to check account information, verify identity of the User, or modify account information.
- In-game character or account name can be created by discretion of Users, but GM team can change or restrict the character name in following cases:
①Use of language deemed to be against common decency, abusive, threatening or slanderous language or language implying threatening behavior which may disgust or scare others
②Use of obscene language or language implying sexual expression( including certain parts of human body )
③Use of slanderous or discriminative language against a specific race, sex, gender, ethnicity or religion
④Use of language which is in violation of any third party rights, trademarks or copyrights
⑤Use of language with the intent to impersonate an administrator or a member of our company with a view to mislead other users
⑥Use of illegal or antisocial language
⑦Use of language showing intent to exchange accounts or other in-game items for anything of monetary value (RMT or Real Money Trade)
- Use of language which is deemed to have intent to conduct transactions for real money
- Use of expressions associated with any soliciting, advertising, sales or websites for real money transaction
- Use of phone number or particular name of region as to be deemed to have intent of real money transaction
- Attempt of account exchange or any transaction with real money, goods or anything of monetary value which is confirmed by in-game documents or data
- Account exchange or any transaction with real money, goods or anything of monetary value, or any report deemed to be such conducts confirmed to be true by documents or data
- Advertising account exchange or any transaction with real money, goods or anything of monetary value, or any activity deemed to be such conducts via chat
- Sales behavior implying real money transaction or with sell/buying post/chat without mentioning specific item
- Posting meaningless number, phone number, or name of region without mentioning details repeatedly
- Trade or any trial to trade of Masangsoft account or game items with game items of any other game
⑧Use of language which is similar to GM title, or with a view to mislead other users
* Trouble between Users
GM adopts a non-interventionist policy regarding any user trouble and asks users to solve their differences through their own responsibility. However, exceptions may be made by mediation or restrictions if reaching an agreement proves to be difficult, any damage is incurred by other parties, in the cases where the issue threatens the continued running of this service, or the issue violates the operation policy.
GM shall objectively and partly intervene, judge or mediate based on fairness, justice, and coherence in such cases below.
- Use of inappropriate expressions or descriptions implying sexual contents in the game Services
- False report on another User
- Use of abusive, threatening or slanderous language aimed at the GM
- Behavior or any trial to impersonate GM
- Spreading rumors or false information of Masangsoft such as spreading a rumor that Masangsoft or GM is partial to a particular group of Users to other Users or a particular groupa
- Creation of account with false name or information
- Trading or any trial (e.g. request) to trading of all in-game data including and not restricted to accounts and items with commodities which hold real life value such as cash (RMT)
- Commercial trade or any trial to trade of Account and behavior which promote or help commercial trade of Account
- Use of generally prohibited word such as slang and abusive words
- Exploiting or abusing the report system such as reporting false information and overusing in-game report function
- Any behavior to look for or use a method toruin or damage smooth operation of the game Services, stealing another user’s account, and abusing in-game bug on purpose
- Use of slanderous language against a specific nationality, race or religion
- Use of illegal program that may influence the game Services such as inacceptable macro and speedhack
- Posting webpage address or link including program or file which is inappropriate or not accepted by Masangsoft
- Any conduct which interferes with the running of the Service

- Any other behavior against Operation Policy or deemed to be abnormal by social norms of the Company or Users
* Measures and Restrictions against Inappropriate Users and Conduct
Inappropriate Users refers to Users who act in violation of or engage themselves in acts which may lead to a violation of the criteria stipulated in the Operation Policy. They result in Inappropriate Conduct such asobstruction to normal and fair game play, or damage to specific or unspecific target(s).
- Measures and restrictions are strictly applied according to the criteria below.
- Measures and restrictions with time limitation expire by the time of restriction.
- Repeated conduct or one conduct piled up on another may apply accumulated restrictions to User.
- Depending on the gravity of inappropriate conduct, other restrictions than stated in the list may be given.
- Measures and restrictions are to handle significantly inappropriate conduct in game and homepage website, especially when the conduct is violating the positive law, and in this case, Masangsoft may request the judicial authority for investigationto protect the game Services of Masangsoft and User rights. Also, the Company may demand compensation, which is deemed to be equivalent to the conduct, for damages, or request to punish the User who committed the inappropriate act.

- You and the company agree that the company has right to limit activities in correspondence to any game flow violation.
You have at least three days to negotiate any dispute, with an exception of an immediate situation, before the prior notification of evidence from the company. Without an appeal, disciplinary action validates from the day it was notified.
The policy applies to all consumers, but expressly excludes to those who are limited immediately by giving one week to negotiate.
When the company concedes regards to the appeal, compensation shall be governed by the compensation policy.

* System (Bug) Abuse
Masangsoft prohibits abusing any of our system error. You must report to GM immediately upon encountering system related problems (bug, account plagiarism, illegal program).
GM accepts all types of report on bug and informant shall be compensated accordingly. Compensation depends within the GM team with conformity.
If you do not report bugs and abuse or distribute the bugs to others, system will automatically detect and limit account without a warning. The character maybe prohibited or deleted by GM.
-Distributing bugs to others without notifying GM.
-Obtaining benefits inappropriately via bug (system error)
-Obtaining EXP, items illegally with bugged effect of wrong item, skill, or ability.
-Abusing the system through wrong use of NPC
-Manipulating system error intentionally to give damage to other users.
* Restoration Operation Policy
① Disadvantage in account may be applied if recovery report is verified as false statement.
② Recovery report must be descripted with the character itself. Dispute report against other character does not proceed.
③ Item and Character recovery must be reported within 5 days of occurrence, when 5days elapses, the recovery is difficult due to lack of information of identification.
④ Restoration does not apply on following situation: exchange in item or account for cash, transaction between different servers within Masangsoft games, and transfer in various games. Above must be reported to cyber police.
Company only provides formal document via cyber police or equal institution. (We do not cooperate on individuals or miscellaneous institutions)
⑤ Applications follow in order of implemented and may take up to 7 days depending on restoration progress and external requisite.
⑥ Company is unable to assist with consumers’ own mistake, shortfall of understanding the policy, or damage that was previously announced by GM via webpage.

① Technical Issues with unknown occurrence cause such as internet circuit problem or backup are excluded from restoration subject.
② Item sold on NPC for both accident and intentional, is restored once a year.
③ Item discarded (dropped) is restored once a year.
④ Regular combination item process (consolidation / smelt /combination) is excluded from the restoration subject.
⑤ Items created using illegal, unauthorized programs or copied bugs cannot be restored.

Web report must be reported within five days of item loss. Reports later than five days are exempted from transaction dispute service subject. Report investigations take maximum of 14days.

What is Account Hacking?
Account hacking is defined as illegal or unauthorized accessing of other player’s account in order damage any facet of the original user’s account.
Users are liable for the security of their account and expected to never share, exchange, or transact information of account. It would be difficult for company to assist on these individual responsibilities.
Users are expected to take responsibility on their password, computer virus, and usage of computer on public.
What if my account is hacked?
Should any player find out that they were hacked, or doubt that they are hacked, they should immediately submit a report to “account hacked report center.” Company will try best to minimize the damage of hacked account and get back to track as soon as possible.
① Account report is limited to account user. Therefore, when reporting hacked account, user must follow “user confirmation process” to fully report. User is granted with 7 days to confirm and if not, report automatically is cancelled.
② Users shall be granted 7days grace period after their discovery of hacking to report their case. Reports of hacking after 7days may be denied support.
③ When report is submitted accordingly, company may block the account in case of expansion of damage for a limited time. The statement follows:
- Victims’ account: Account that is damaged by hacking, who reported accordingly as the company requested.
- Perpetrator’s account: Account that used victims’ account illegally, or gave damage.
- Related account: Account possessing victims’ content (item, game money, and others) or having records of having it. Exchange or transaction with perpetrator’s account also applies.
<Cash Agreement Policy>
I. Purpose
Following term basis on rules and principles that users have to follow on using “M coin” upon playing games thatMasangsoft and its affiliates(“Masangsoft”, “us”, “our” or “we”) provide.
II. Terms of Definition
1. M Coin: Virtual currency used to purchase or use items within the service.
2. Charge : Charging is a particular payment method specified by the Company in order to secure a certain amount of coin. It is the act of payment by selecting a payment method member want, this will be charged per dollar M coin 1000. (Additional 10% tax)
3. Purchase: Using charged M coin to acquire item or any other game services.
4. Refund: Receiving charged money back as cash according to terms of use no. 11
5. Minors: M coin terms of use (“terms of use”) define all underage teenagers as younger than 20 according to today’s date.
6. Portal: An imagination location of sales where the company or partner has created to provide cash or service using computer information communication system.
7. Users: Customers with ID and password to obtain service after conceding customer service agreement.
8. Account: Account setting including users ID, setting information, and game information
9. Cancelation: Canceling the terms of use either from the customer or the company
III. Change in terms of use
1. Company can alternate or change ‘legislation on electronic commerce for protection of customers’, ‘legislation on limitation of terms of use’, ‘legislation on game commerce’ within the range of not violating law or business usage.
2. Upon adjusting terms of use, the date of application and reason of development must be elucidated. The notice must be uploaded before 7 days (important notice before 30days) to the service main page or sent to email that user has last updated.
3. User has authority to disagree with the revised policy. User is recognized as conceding upon no expression until the date of alternation date.
4. When user does not agree with the policy, Company or user can cancel the user agreement, or provide service with an old agreement policy.
IV. How to Charge
1. Only users of Masangsoft can charge M coin
2. M coin can be charged in a measure of 1,000 won, 3,000 won, 5,000 won, 10,000 won, 20,000 won, 30,000 won, and 50,000 won (VAT is excluded). The exception applies to monthly charged service with its own service payment measure.
3. For minor, charging limitation is restricted to 70,000 per month and will be reset every first day of the month. It will be regarded as equal person when multiple accounts are charged with same name.
V. Method of charging
1. When charging with particular payment method that user has chosen, company will follow policy with individual payment method. 2. Company can restrict game service if user has not paid properly with individual payment method.
VI. Use of M coin / Verification of Usage
M coin is a payment method to use Masangsoft Inc.’s game service and history of payment can be found through [login> personal information > cash information]
VII. Cash usage of Teenagers
1. While teenagers (younger than 20) charge M coin, they must obtain agreement from legal guardian.
2. ①Self-Identification
- Self-Identification through parent’s name can be approved to charge immediately.
②Sending FAX/Mail
- Sending payment agreement form with signature and self-identification document can be approved to charge M-coin.
③Visiting the Office
- Legal guardian needs to visit and confirm with in the 30 days of application.
3. Every month the company will send an email about M-coin usage to the legal guardian, and guardian can request to prohibit the usage.
4. Legal guardian can choose the agreement expiration date as “1 month/ 6months/ 1 year/ 3 years/ 5 years”, and the company has responsibility to email the renewal document before 30days of end date. With no response, the expiration date automatically is extended.
5. When the minor charged payment without legal guardian’s permission, user or user’s legal guardian can cancel the agreement. The exception applies only when the teenager made a fault.
VIII. Usage Limitation
1. Upon violating the policy, company can restrict the service.
2. Company can restrict the payment service with a request of user or legal guardian.
IX. Refund of M coin
1. The company will issue a refund for reasons below through the same payment method user used to make purchase. Company will announce when we cannot refund as the same payment method.
(1) When service of charged M coin is determined to be nonexistent and is responsible of the company.(With an exception of system inspection)
(2) Cancelation of Service (Exception of Expired M-coin due to the 11th amendment)
(3) Exception that company has made to protect the other users.
2. Company’s refund service is divided into retraction available service and limited service, and following choices are announced when user purchases an item. When user has purchased service that is available to withdraw, they can do so within 7 days. With no opinion the company can announce alternation of limited service.
3. The company will refund with following methods
(1) Among the remainder of M-coin, the company will only refund M-coin that user has purchased individually. If user has purchased via point, they will obtain the points back.
(2)The company will deduct the benefit that user has received upon refund process.
(3) If the reason of refund is due to service cancelation from the company, company will not deduct any benefit that user has taken. This benefit applies when user still has the item.
(4)If the reason of refund is users’ change of mind the company will refund with 10% of commission. Refund policy does not apply if the amount is less than 1,000won. When requested amount is 1,100 won, the company needs to charge 1,000 won and refun 100won to the user. When the amount is less than 10,000won commission will be equally 1,000 won.
(5)The company may request document needed for refund. Upon rejection from the user, refund may be restrained.
4. Company does not refund M-coin, character, or item that was presented by other users or the company. Upon cancellation of service all purchased coins and items will disappear.
5. Plagiarism of Private policy (account ID, PW, payment information) and payment fraud does not apply in the category of refund. Following case can be only opened according to the jurisdiction.
X. Process of Refund
1. The agreement follows the 9th amendment that states all refund application is requested through customer’s service.
2. User must request refund via Customer’s Service>1:1 request and company will take a process to refund back.
3. Upon agreeing to refund, the money is returned within three day period.
XI. Extermination of M coin
M coin exterminates if last record of usage in M –coin was equal or more than 5 years. The exception applies when M-coin was provided through events by company.
XII. Refund of inaccurate imposed cash
1. The company refunds through the same payment method user used to make purchase when cash was imposed inaccurately.
2. If the company has responsibility for the mistake, we will make full refund of the cash amount. If user has the responsibility for the mistake, company will refund according to the third category of the 9th amendment.
XIII. Compensation Policy
1. The company is obligated to take responsibility on damage purposely made by the company during the usage of service to users.
2. When company limits service longer than 4 hours without a prior notification, we will compensate additional service for user. The compensation standard will follow ‘method of service period extension’ mentioning that company will compensate twice worth of service if the limit was longer than 4 hours.
3. By agreeing this document, user is following that company has made with individual provider. Any problem evolving with provider’s service with the user is between them not the company.
4. When content is followed differently within three months, company will cancel the offer within 30days.
XIV. Error Indemnification
To users whom have obtained disturbance due to system error or error on item, the company will compensate cash accordingly. There may be additional compensation depending on the hours or error period.
XV. Responsibility of Users
User has full responsibility of management on paying information if related subject is not mentioned with in the agreement. User may not share payment information with the third party and following responsibility is taken by the user.
XVI. Security of Privacy policy
1. The company cannot reveal users private information to the third party with an individual’s agreement. The exception applies upon payment accounts or related legislation.
2. Other privacy policy is notified in “privacy policy agreement” that company has provided.
XVII. Exemption Provision
1. Company may stop M-coin service for service inspection, alternation, and communication interruption for a limited amount of time.
2. If service inspection is inevitable, responsibility is exempted upon prior notice and the inspection may get longer.
3. Any natural disaster or cataclysm exempts the company from responsibility of suspending service.
4. Company will not take duty on M-coin loss that was mistaken by the user.
5. The company is not obligated to fix service suspension due to other company or the user.
6. Company is not responsible on benefit loss that user did not expect from the service
7. Company does not take responsibility on problems that occur due to computer environment of network circumstances that happens outside of our company.
8. Company only limits service according to jurisdiction and governmental law. Any limitation that occurs by following the law is not responsible of Masangsoft.
XVIII. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
When lawsuit case is initiated between the company and the user, the jurisdiction case is judged within related court and the law of Republic of Korea will be applied.

Masangsoft and its affiliates ("Masangsoft", “us”, “our” or "we") are dedicated to protecting the privacy rights of our users ("users" or "you"). 6. Process and Methods of Information Disposal
In principle, we dispose of personal information of users promptly when the purposes of collection and use are achieved. Process and methods of disposal are as below.

b. If a user tells us that he/she wants to read, edit, or delete his/her own personal information, we take applicable measures promptly after user identification. Also, if the case comes under each subparagraph of Article 21(AgreementCancellation and Revocation) in terms of use, you can contact personal information manager by writing, phone call or email and ask to dispose personal information, delete user account ID, stop service, etc. at the discretion of the manager.
c. Masangsoft can notify you following information to answer your inquiries under this article. We may require you certain documents to identify you with the owner of the information.

9. Technical/Managerial Measures regarding Personal Information Protection
Masangsoft takes reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration by third parties.
a. Password encryption
As Masangsoft member’s account password is restored through encryption, only the relevant member can recognize it. Confirmation and modification of personal information are possible only by the account owner who knows the password.
b. Hacking prevention
The Company is frequently conducting backups to prepare for any damage regarding personal information. With the latest vaccine program, it endeavors to prevent the member’s personal information from leakage or damage caused by computer virus etc. Also, the Company has opted for security program so that personal information can be transmitted safely on the network.The Company in order to prevent personal information from spill, controls illegal access from outside by utilizing intrusion blocking system (ie. firewall), and is committed to installing all technical equipment as much as possible to secure other system safety.
c. Staff limitation and training
The Company shall limit the accessing authority to staff carrying out personal information management tasks such as person in charge thereof etc., grant a special password for this renewing it regularly, and at all times through training with personal information handling staffs, emphasize the relevant compliance with the Privacy Policy.
d. Operation of personal information protecting organization
Also, Masangsoft checks implementation of the Privacy Policy and status of staff compliance by operating an internal communication security organization to make sure that we can fix issues promptly when they occur.
Apart from the Company’s endeavors as aforementioned, the members should be careful to not disclose personal information such as the member ID and password on internet or to any other party. If such ID and password etc, have been disclosed due to negligence or carelessness of the member, the Company is not liable for any damages inflicted upon the User whatsoever.
10. Rights of Minor User and Legal Agent
(1) Masangsoft obtains agreement from legal agent (parents) when collecting personal information of children under the age of 14 (“children,” or the “child”).
(2) We send the legal agent an e-mail or an agreement form for the legal agent to indicate agreement or approval and send it back to us via e-mail or so.
(3) To get the agreement or approval stated above, we may ask the child for personal information of the legal agent such as name, contact, etc., and we do not use the collected information of the legal agent for any other purpose than confirmation of agreement, or share the information with 3rd parties.
(4) Agreement paper filled by the legal agent is used to deal with issues like consumer complaints and conflicts when events such as agreement between minor and Masangsoft, purchase cancellation, payment, product supply, etc. occur.
(5) Members and legal agent may at any time search and modify personal information of member / children under 14 years old, and request the membership cancellation (ie. withdrawal of agreement).
(6) When users require us to correct errors in personal information, we do not use or provide the information till the error is completely corrected. Also, if wrong personal information is already provided to 3rd parties, we shallnotify them the corrected version of the information promptly.

12. Sharing and Provision of Collected Personal Information
1.Masangsoft obtains agreement from members if we provide member information to 3rd parties. The Company shall use personal information only within the limit of “Collection and Utilization Purpose of Personal Information”, neither exceeding the standard nor sharing with other organizations or other people; Provided that the below events are exception.
- If any member provides a prior consent in terms of provision and sharing with the 3rdparty
- If any member did anything against the laws or policies of Masangsoft (terms of use, rules, etc.), and government agency requires for the purpose of investigation according to specified procedure and method under the relevant laws and regulations
2. Masangsoft can provide or share personal information of members with affiliated entities or to other third parties for business such as customizing service. However, when we provide personal information to those organizations or share information with them, we ask members for agreement notifying the name of the affiliated entities or third parties, purposes of the affiliation, the sharing range of personal information, and how long it shallbe protected and managed. If a member does not agree with sharing, we do not provide or share the member’s information with any affiliated entity or third party.

13. Commissioning Agreement of Personal Information
Masangsoft is not commissioning any contractor/outsourcing company to provide our service.
In the future, as it may become necessary, we shall clarify and stressinstructions for personal information protection, prevention of information leakage, and responsibilities in case of accident in the contract of commissioning.
14. GDPR
General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR) enters into force in the EU. The GDPR aims primarily to give individuals control over their personal data and simplify the regulatory environment for businesses by unifying the laws within the EU. When the GDPR takes effect, it is directly binding and applicable in all EU countries.
The GDPR affects all EU customers, as well as companies located in the EU. As Masangsoft has members who are located in the EU, we want to make sure that it provides all players with the rights that the GDPR introduces, e.g., we will inform you about how we are using your data in detail in our new version of the Privacy Policy, we will provide you with the copy of your personal data or delete your account (together with the personal data about you) upon your request.
If you are playing from outside of the EU, then besides the GDPR, we also respect the rights granted to you with regard to your personal data under the applicable laws. At the same time, we also provide you with the rights that the GDPR stipulates. It is your choice to which extent you want to exercise them, and the rights do not create any additional obligations for you.

15. Duty of Notification regarding Policy Change

Article 1.Purpose
The terms and conditions of use shown here (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") set forth the terms between Masangsoft (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and users (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "Users" depending upon context) of game services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by the Company such as rights of the Company and Users, obligation and responsibilities, and miscellaneous requirements.
Article 2. Definitions
The following words and terms shall have the meanings set forth below when they are used in the Terms and Conditions.
1. "Service(s)"refers to Ace Online, all the other Masangsoft games, and subsidiary programs provided on any platform/media (including PC, TV, mobile devices, and other wired or wireless devices) for “Users” stated below.
2. "Member(s)" or “User(s)” means a customer(s) who accesses to the Services provided by the Company,and signs the agreementwith the Company to use the Services.
3. “ID” or “User ID” means identifier(s), a combination of alphabetic and numeric characters, set by the Company based on User's application.
4. “Password” means a secret series of numbers or letters made by Users for identification and security.
5. "Content(s)" means information that may be accessed through the Service such as text, audio files, music, images, videos, software, programs, computer code, and the like.
6. "Submitted Content(s)" means content(s) that Users have submitted, transmitted, or uploaded.
Article 3.Notice and Modification of the Terms and Conditions
1. The Company posts the Terms and Conditions on the first page of the services to ensure that Users can easily find and check the terms and conditions.
2. The Company may modify the Terms and Conditions within the range where the relevant laws are not violated.
3. When the Company modifies the Terms and Conditions, the Company provides prior notice to Users since 30 days before the enforcement till the prior day to the enforcement including the enforcement date, revising reason(s), and the current Terms and Conditionsin accordance toparagraph 1 of this article. If the modification isdisadvantageous to Users, notify Users via e-mail, message, pop-up window for agreement, etc. besides the notice during a certain period of time.
4. Users shall be deemed to have granted valid and irrevocable consent to the modified Terms and Conditions or Separate Terms and Conditions by continuing to use the Service without showing any declaration of will (e.g. refusal) within 30 days after the notice of the Terms and conditions as stated in paragraph 3 above.
5. When a User disagrees with the modified Terms and Conditions, the Company cannot apply the modified version of the Terms and Conditions to the User, and in this case, the agreementbetween the User and the Company may be terminated.
Article 4. Interpretation of the Terms and Conditions
1. The Company shall process what is not decided or interpreted in this Terms and Conditions in accordance with the relevant laws or the commercial practice.
Article 5.License
1. “License” is given to “Applicant,” who wants to be Member/User of Masangsoft, agrees with the Terms and Conditions of Use, and submits application to Masangsoft, by Masangsoft accepting the application.
2. In principle, the Company accepts the Applicant’s application and grants to the Applicant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicenable, revocable limited License to use and display the Services provided by the Company for the Appicant’s personal, non-commercial use by any device(s) of which the Applicant is the sole, primary user. With respect to any such registration, we may refuse to grant the Applicant the license or decide to grant the Applicant revocation of the license later if the Application is in the cases below.
(1) The Applicant has been previously restricted from accessing or using any Masangsoft website or other Masangsoft Internet property or any Masangsoft game or other Services. However, if the previously restricted applicant is approved to register again by Masangsoft, and over one year has passed since the restriction, the case is deemed to be exception.
(2)The Applicant does not use his/her real name, or uses name of any other person, which shall be deemed to be impersonation.
(3)The Applicant submits false information, or does not submit what the Company requires
(4)The Applicant is a Child under the age of 14 without consent of legal guardian (e.g. parents)
(5)The Company fails to accept the application due to the Applicant’s fault, or the Applicant violates any regulation for registration
3. Accepting application as stated in Paragraph 2, the Company may differentiate the range, time, or so of using the Services for each Applicant abiding by the relevant laws and its own policies.
4. The Company may postpone acceptance of application for lack of Service facilities, technical or professional reasons.
5. When the Company declines or postpones acceptance of application as stated in Paragraph 2 and 3, the Company notifies that to the Applicant.
6. Regarding Paragraph 1 and 2, the Company may ask the Applicant/User for real name verification and identity authentication before or after the registration.
7. The License is given at the moment that a sign saying registration completed is shown in the process of application.
8. The Company may differentiate Users by rating abiding with Masansoft’s policies, providing different time, Services, and so on.
Article 6. Modification of Account Information
1. Users may read, modify or make changes to their own personal information. However, information such as User’sreal name, social security number(if applicable), ID, etc. cannot be modified for servicemaintenance.
2. Masangsoft may change ID of any User in several cases below, and we notify the user in accordance toArticle 9.
(1) It is inevitable that the Company changes the information to grant more and better Services to Users
(2) The Company needs unification with other Services to operate Services or plans of the Company
(3) ID that any User submitted violates relevant laws or anyMasangsoft policy, and needs to be changed
3. If any information submitted for registration/application is changed, Users should modify the information online or notify the Company the changed information via email or other methods.
4. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from Users’ failure to notify Masangsoft the changed information or to modify the information online as stated in Paragraph 3.
Article 7. Privacy
The Company places its highest priority on the privacy of its Users. The Company promises to possess, protect, and manage the privacy and personal information of its users in accordance with the relevant laws and Masangsoft’s Privacy Policy. However, the Company cannot apply its Privacy Policy to other websites than official websites of Masangsoft.
Article 8.User Obligations regarding Confidentiality of ID and Password
1. Users are fully responsible for all interactions with the game Services that occur in connection with your ID or password (including, without limitation, all transactions, as defined above) that any other person may know or use.
2. Users agree to immediately notify Masangsoft of any unauthorized use of the user’s ID or password or any other breach of security related to your account or to the Service, and to make reasonable efforts to remedy such breaches as the Company requires (including any breaches relating to known or suspected copyright infringement in connection with the Service), and to ensure that you “log off”/exit from your account with the Service (if applicable) at the end of each session.
3. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from Users’ failure to notify Masangsoft, or to comply with Masangsoft’s guide and instructions such as this document even if the user notified Masangsoft.
Article 9. Notice to Users
1. Masangsoftshall notify Users through email addresses that the Users submitted for registration, electronic memo in the Services, wired/wireless devices, etc. unless there is any extra regulation for special cases stated in this document.
2. The Company attempts to let Users recognize notice by posting the notice on Masangsoft website for over 7 days if the notice is for all Users
Article 10.MasangsoftObligations to Users
1. The Company does not conduct any behavior against relevant laws, the Terms and Conditions, and traditional customs, and tries its best to grant constant and stable Services to Users.
2. The Company promises to exercise the utmost care and attention regarding their security measures such as security system for the continued security of any and all User Information (including credit information) to ensure Users to use our Services. Also, the Company notifies and complies with its own Privacy Policy.
3. When the Company acknowledges any opinion or complaint from any User regarding using the Service, the Company resolves the problem with the utmost care and attention. Also, the Company lets the User know how the resolution is going and the result through the website of the Service that the User is using, GM of the Contents (game), notice board, and so on.
Article 11. User Obligations
1. User shall not conduct any activity or behavior below.
(1) Falsifying User information for application/registration and other actions related to User accounts
(2) Using information of any other person
(3) Modification of information posted in the Company
(4)Posting or transmission of information (e.g. computer program) which is not approved by the Company
(5)Actions that Infringe on Masangsoft and Third Party Rights (e.g. copyright, IP)
(6) Interrupting Services or acts of slander on the Company or any other third party/person
(7) Posting or transmission of adult content such as obscene or violent message, video, audio, and so on
(8) Utilizing the Service for commercial use and profit such as advertising and spam and Engaging in Similar Acts without our approval
(9) Commercial Uses:Conducting sales, exchanges, swaps, auctions or other transfer of products or services such as game, character, item, M coin, etc. through the Service
(10) Additional illegal or prohibited acts
2. Users comply with relevant laws, Masangsoft policies, guidelines, notices regarding the Services, and any other notices posed by the Company. Also, Users shall not disrupt or interrupt the Services and business of Masangsoft.
Article 12. Service Provision
1. The Company provides Users with Services as below.
(1) Game Service
(2) Community Service
(3) Security Service
(4) Customer Protection Service
(5) All Services additionally developed by the Company or provided for Users through affiliation with another Company
2. Services are provided 24/7. However, the Company may designate available time period, how many times you could play, etc. for each Service and User according to Masangsoft policies and relevant laws.
3. The Company may temporarily terminate Service provision to repair, check, change devices for information communications such as computer, or for a considerable reason like malfunctioning devices, loss of communication, and operation problems.
4. In the cases of Paragraph 2 and 3, the Companynotifies Users the information as stated in Article 9 (Notice to Users). However, if the Company cannot notify beforehand for an appropriatereason, the Company shall notify Users afterwards.
5. The Company shall conduct maintenance check regularly if needed for Service provision, and the time for regular maintenance check shall be notified onthe Service page.
Article 13. Modification of Service
1. Masangsoft may modify all or some Services for a considerable reason along with operative and technical needs.
2. If Service content, usage, or available time is to be modified, related information such as the reason and content of modification and enforcement dateshall be posted on the first page of the Service at least 7 days before the modification.
3. The Company may modify, terminate, and change all or some free Services if needed for game operation and Masangsoft policies, and may not compensate any User for this unless there is a special regulation by relevant laws.
Article 14. Information Provision and Advertising
1. Masangsoft may provide Users with various types of information, which is deemed to be necessary for Users while using the Services, via notice or email. However, Users may unsubscribe Masangsoftat any time through personal information page or email.
2. The Company requests Users approval beforehand to send information stated in Paragraph 1 via telephone or FAX.
3. The Company may post advertisements regarding operation of the Services on the homepage website, email, Service page, and so on. Users who receive emails with advertisements may unsubscribe Masangsoft.
Article 15. Copyright of User Content
1. User Content uploaded or transmitted by Users through the Services is copyrighted works owned by the User who uploaded or transmitted the contents.
2. You hereby grant Masangsoft a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, paid-up, non-exclusive license and right to reproduce, fix, adapt, modify, translate, reformat, create derivative works from, manufacture, introduce into circulation, publish, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, transfer, rent, lease, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, provide access to electronically, broadcast, communicate to the public by telecommunication, enter into computer memory, use, and practice such User Content as well as all modified and derivative works thereof. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, you hereby waive any moral rights you may have in any User Content. In this case, the Company complies with copyright laws and regulations, and Users may delete, exclude from search results, and close the User Content through support center or management function in the Services.
3. The Company requests Users approval beforehand via telephone, FAX, email, etc. to use User Content in any way or for any use besides stated in Paragraph 2.
Article 16. User Content Management
1. If User Content contains violation of relevant laws such as copyright laws or any other laws regarding information and communications, GM may request to stop posting the Content or delete the Content according to the process set by the relevant laws, and the Company shall take applicable measures according to the relevant laws.
2. Even if there is no request as stated above, the Company may take temporary measures for the User Content in the cases that there is anything to prove the infringement of any right,or violation of Masangsoft policies or the relevant laws.
3. Detailed process for this article complies with ‘post suspension request service’ determined by the Company within the range defined by copyright laws or any other laws regarding information and communications..
Article 17. Ownership
1. Masangsoftshall remain the holder of all intellectual property rights as well as all other rights in the Contents, gamesand Services offered to Users by the Company, except for Contents uploaded by Users and works provided by affiliation agreement.
2. The Company grants Users the non-transferable, non-re-licensable, non-exclusive, non-salable license to use the Contents provided by the Company, only for the purpose of using the Services such as Games, characters, items, M coin, etc. according to Terms and Conditions of Use created by the Company regarding the Services. Users shall not provide collateral for the license or conduct any similar act.
Article 18.Collection of Non-Personal Data.
1. Masangsoft shall have the right to obtain data such as PC specifications, system information, and error information excluding personal information of Users to stabilize the Services, reduce errors, and check if infected with malicious code.
2. The Company may save and store in-game (in-Service) chat transcripts, which shall only be possessed by the Company and not be provided to any other entities except for legitimate third parties. The Company shall utilize the data in following cases only, and notifies Users the usage when utilizing the data.
(1) It is found out or reported that any User conducts violation of laws, Terms and Conditions of Use, or virtual currency regulations.
(2) The data is needed to mediate conflict between Users or handle complaints.
(3) The Company deems it necessary to utilize the data for maintenance of order in the Services.
3. The Company may apply technologies such as Grid Computing and Distributed Control System which transmit data to other Users by utilizing resource or a part of storage space of User PC to ensure that the Company could provide Users with the Services safely and quickly.
Article 19. Special Provisions regarding Childrenunder 14
1. Subject to the laws of your country of residence, children under 14 may utilize an Account established with the approval of their parent or legal guardian. Children under 14 shall fully acknowledge all purposes of collection and use of personal information and get the approval of their parent or legal guardian before providing their personal information.
2. The Company may cancel or not allow Account registration of Children under 14 without confirmation and approval of their parent or legal guardian.
3. Parent or legal guardian of User under 14 may request to read, modify and renew personal information of the User, and may conduct revocation of the approval. In these cases, the Company shall promptly take necessary measures.
Article 20. Service for Test
1. The Company may provide Users with Services (CBT, OBT, and Test server) for test for a certain time period.
2. In Services (CBT, OBT, and Test server) for test, Masangsoft may change, add, and delete game data for Service stability, and may initialize all in-game data regarding Services for test such as M coin, character and game item obtained during test period.
Article 21.AgreementCancellation and Revocation
1. User may request cancellation at any time through support center or My information menu in the Services, and the Company shall promptly take measures as determined by relevant laws. However, for a certain time after registration immediate cancellation may be limited to prevent Service abuse.
2. When User conducts revocation, all data of the User is deleted promptly except for cases that the Company retains User information complying with relevant laws and Privacy Policy.
3. Period of Retaining and Using Personal Information
In principle, personal information of Users shall be promptly destroyed not to be restored after purposes of collection and use are achieved in accordance toArticle 21 of Personal Information Protection Act. However, when any damage occurs from identity theft, the Company shall retain personal information for 30 days after revocation to restore the damage and protect victim. Also, the Company retains following information for a certain period with specified reasons without using the information for any other use.

Article 22. Restrictions
1. The Company may limit Service use of User who violates the Terms and Conditions or disturbs stable game Services by caution, suspension, and termination of agreement.
2. The Company may terminate the agreement promptly and suspend User Account permanently if any User conductsviolation of‘Resident Registration Act’ byidentity theft and unauthorized use of any payment method of other person,‘Copyright Act’&‘Computer Program Protection Act’ by providing illegal program and disturbing Service, ‘Information & Communications Network Act’ by illegal communication, hacking, distribution of malicious program, and exceeding access authority, and‘Act on the Promotion of the Game Industry’ by brokerage and purchase of M coin, or has a bad influence on game operation (GM impersonation, in-game fraud, consistent andintentional bug usage, etc.) or slanders nation, nationality, race, gender, sex, age, disability, and body parts. If your agreement is terminated by this paragraph, all contents you obtained through the Services such as in-game character and item will lapse, and the Company shall not compensate for the loss.
3. To protect User information and increase the efficiency of Service operation, the Company may limit Users while using the Services if the User has not logged in for over 6 months.
4. The Company complies with Operation Policy of each Service and restrictions within the range of usage limitation stated in this article when it comes to details and conditions of the limitation.
5. The Company shall notify the User in accordance toArticle 9 (Notice to Users) when limiting the usage of the Services or terminating the agreement in accordance tothis article.
6. The Company may limit how, how long, how many times Users use the Services to prevent overindulgence, and apply User Protection Program to Users by the degree of overindulgence. By the User Protection Program, Users may be limited stage by stage while using the Services. If any User refuses the application of the User Protection Program, the Company may terminate provision of the Services. The Company complies with User Protection Program Policy for details.
7. Users may raise an objection to the usage limitation in this article considering the process set by that case, if the Company acknowledges that the objection is appropriate, the Company shall promptly resume the usage of the Services.
Article 23. Limitation of Liability
1. The Company shall not be responsible for providing Services when the Company cannot provide the Services due to natural disaster, war, terror, or similar uncontrollable situation..
2. The Company shall not be responsible for any disablement or damages inflicted upon Users due to Users’ fault.
3. The Company shall not be responsible for providing Services when the Company cannot provide the Services because stable telecommunications service is not provided by key telecommunications service provider.
4. The Company shall not be responsible for reliability or accuracy of any User Content (information, documents, and fact) regarding the Services.
no event shall the Company be liable for any contract or similar acts between Users or between User and any third party/person in the Services as media.
6. IN NO EVENT SHALL MASANGSOFT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE FREESERVICES OF MASANGSOFT OR ANY SITE OR SERVICE LINKED FROM THE FREE SERVICES UNLESS THE DAMAGES WERE RESULTED IN BY MASANGSOFT’S INTENTION OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE.
Article 24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
1. Conflicts or lawsuits between Users and the Company will be governed primarily under the laws of Republic of Korea, without regard to choice of law principles.
2. Lawsuits regarding conflicts between Users and the Company are filed to the jurisdictional court according to relevant laws such as Civil Procedure Act.
Article 25. Indemnification
1. The Company shall be responsible for any damages inflicted upon Users regarding the use of the Services due to Masangsoft’s gross negligence or intentions.
2. When the Services are stopped without notice due to Masangsoft’s gross negligence or intentions for over 4 hours, the Company compensates for damages on Users, who are flat-rate system members, with additional Service or as stated in Masangsoft policies. Additional Service means, when the Services have been stopped for over 4 hours in a row, twice the stopped time as the minimum standardfor the compensation is offered.
3. Each of Masangsoft’s affiliates shall be responsible for any third-party lawsuits, claims, demands, damages, liabilities and costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of use of the services provided by Masangsoft’s affiliates that are affiliated with but separate from Masangsoft due to any fault of the affiliates after the User agreed the Terms and Conditions of Use for the separate Services affiliated with Masangsoft.
Article 26.Indemnification for Service Disablement
Masangsoft shall compensate User for any damages in the Services such as use of item due to any disablement in the Services according to regulations on compensation for consumer's damages. There may be additional compensation such as M coin considering how long the disablement lasts.

Masangsoft will run all the Services provided by Masangsoft in accordance to the terms of this Operation Policy.
The aims of the Operation Policy are as follows.
(1)To solve any problems that may occur within the Services quickly, precisely, and fairly.
(2)To protect and bring balance, convenience and the right of Users within the service environment.
The Company reserves the right to alter the terms of the Operation Policy if better policies are found.
Any violation of the Operation Policy may result in the user receiving a warning, penalty, limitation in using Account or deprivation of all User authorities in accordance to the applicable paragraph. Masangsoft shall try its best to handle any inconvenience arising out of use of the Services objectively to provide better services.

The Operation Policy is applied to All Services of Masangsoft( .
All Services provided to customers using Masangsoft online and mobile Services are based on this Operation Policy.
Its contents define the best policies to take measures when any incidents regulated in the Operation Policy or any similar incidents occur, and the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Operation Policy at any time by posting the amended Operation Policy on or within the homepage website.
ALL CUSTOMERS (hereinafter "Users") PLEASE ENSURE THAT THEY HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE. * Account / Character Name Policy
- Account registration for the game Services produced and distributed by Masangsoft shall be made on Terms and Conditions of Use made during registration are applied to every game of Masangsoft.
- Any details regarding account such as registration and deletion are handled based on the Terms and Conditions of Use of Masangsoft.
- If User deletes Masangsoft account, the User’s all information in game Services of Masangsoft such as character information and item information is deleted.
However, if the User requests for restoration in 7 days after account deletion, the Company shall give the User help.
Restoration of deleted account can happen only once per account, so any account that has already been restored once before shall not be restored again after re-deletion.
If you want to restore your deleted account, send copy of your ID card and account nameto . (We only need your birth date including year, month, and day, so please cover other important numbers.)
- If you steal social security number of any other person than yourself, your User rights in game Services shall not be guaranteed and you shall be restricted by laws. Thus, please use your own social security number.
- E-mail address is used for in-game convenience and communication between Users and the Company such as various mailing services of help center and event winner contact.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password or any personal information you may use to access Materials or areas of the game Services, and you are fully responsible for all interactions with the Services that occur in connection with your password or user name (including, without limitation, all transactions). If any problem occurs by carelessness, account sharing or negligence of the User, the Company shall not help the User, and the User is liable for the problem.
- The Company may request Users for necessary documents when the Company needs to check account information, verify identity of the User, or modify account information.
- In-game character or account name can be created by discretion of Users, but GM team can change or restrict the character name in following cases:
①Use of language deemed to be against common decency, abusive, threatening or slanderous language or language implying threatening behavior which may disgust or scare others
②Use of obscene language or language implying sexual expression( including certain parts of human body )
③Use of slanderous or discriminative language against a specific race, sex, gender, ethnicity or religion
④Use of language which is in violation of any third party rights, trademarks or copyrights
⑤Use of language with the intent to impersonate an administrator or a member of our company with a view to mislead other users
⑥Use of illegal or antisocial language
⑦Use of language showing intent to exchange accounts or other in-game items for anything of monetary value (RMT or Real Money Trade)
- Use of language which is deemed to have intent to conduct transactions for real money
- Use of expressions associated with any soliciting, advertising, sales or websites for real money transaction
- Use of phone number or particular name of region as to be deemed to have intent of real money transaction
- Attempt of account exchange or any transaction with real money, goods or anything of monetary value which is confirmed by in-game documents or data
- Account exchange or any transaction with real money, goods or anything of monetary value, or any report deemed to be such conducts confirmed to be true by documents or data
- Advertising account exchange or any transaction with real money, goods or anything of monetary value, or any activity deemed to be such conducts via chat
- Sales behavior implying real money transaction or with sell/buying post/chat without mentioning specific item
- Posting meaningless number, phone number, or name of region without mentioning details repeatedly
- Trade or any trial to trade of Masangsoft account or game items with game items of any other game
⑧Use of language which is similar to GM title, or with a view to mislead other users
* Trouble between Users
GM adopts a non-interventionist policy regarding any user trouble and asks users to solve their differences through their own responsibility. However, exceptions may be made by mediation or restrictions if reaching an agreement proves to be difficult, any damage is incurred by other parties, in the cases where the issue threatens the continued running of this service, or the issue violates the operation policy.
GM shall objectively and partly intervene, judge or mediate based on fairness, justice, and coherence in such cases below.
- Use of inappropriate expressions or descriptions implying sexual contents in the game Services
- False report on another User
- Use of abusive, threatening or slanderous language aimed at the GM
- Behavior or any trial to impersonate GM
- Spreading rumors or false information of Masangsoft such as spreading a rumor that Masangsoft or GM is partial to a particular group of Users to other Users or a particular groupa
- Creation of account with false name or information
- Trading or any trial (e.g. request) to trading of all in-game data including and not restricted to accounts and items with commodities which hold real life value such as cash (RMT)
- Commercial trade or any trial to trade of Account and behavior which promote or help commercial trade of Account
- Use of generally prohibited word such as slang and abusive words
- Exploiting or abusing the report system such as reporting false information and overusing in-game report function
- Any behavior to look for or use a method toruin or damage smooth operation of the game Services, stealing another user’s account, and abusing in-game bug on purpose
- Use of slanderous language against a specific nationality, race or religion
- Use of illegal program that may influence the game Services such as inacceptable macro and speedhack
- Posting webpage address or link including program or file which is inappropriate or not accepted by Masangsoft
- Any conduct which interferes with the running of the Service

②Use of abusive or slanderous language via chat, posting comments or any form of mail
③Use of various types of insulting names including homophone and spelling changed words
④Posting excessive amount in chat window

⑥Noncooperation in spite of GM’s caution
- Any other behavior against Operation Policy or deemed to be abnormal by social norms of the Company or Users
* Measures and Restrictions against Inappropriate Users and Conduct
Inappropriate Users refers to Users who act in violation of or engage themselves in acts which may lead to a violation of the criteria stipulated in the Operation Policy. They result in Inappropriate Conduct such asobstruction to normal and fair game play, or damage to specific or unspecific target(s).
- Measures and restrictions are strictly applied according to the criteria below.
- Measures and restrictions with time limitation expire by the time of restriction.
- Repeated conduct or one conduct piled up on another may apply accumulated restrictions to User.
- Depending on the gravity of inappropriate conduct, other restrictions than stated in the list may be given.
- Measures and restrictions are to handle significantly inappropriate conduct in game and homepage website, especially when the conduct is violating the positive law, and in this case, Masangsoft may request the judicial authority for investigationto protect the game Services of Masangsoft and User rights. Also, the Company may demand compensation, which is deemed to be equivalent to the conduct, for damages, or request to punish the User who committed the inappropriate act.

Temporary Restriction in Use
- You and the company agree that the company has right to limit activities in correspondence to any game flow violation.
You have at least three days to negotiate any dispute, with an exception of an immediate situation, before the prior notification of evidence from the company. Without an appeal, disciplinary action validates from the day it was notified.
The policy applies to all consumers, but expressly excludes to those who are limited immediately by giving one week to negotiate.
When the company concedes regards to the appeal, compensation shall be governed by the compensation policy.
- You may screenshot or secure the evidence of disorderly customers and report to our customer service -> report center. Limitations may be implemented after the verification.
- Report without evidence cannot be reported to our system.
- Modification or alternation of evidence may be subjected as imposing restrictions.
* System (Bug) Abuse
Masangsoft prohibits abusing any of our system error. You must report to GM immediately upon encountering system related problems (bug, account plagiarism, illegal program).
GM accepts all types of report on bug and informant shall be compensated accordingly. Compensation depends within the GM team with conformity.
If you do not report bugs and abuse or distribute the bugs to others, system will automatically detect and limit account without a warning. The character maybe prohibited or deleted by GM.
-Distributing bugs to others without notifying GM.
-Obtaining benefits inappropriately via bug (system error)
-Obtaining EXP, items illegally with bugged effect of wrong item, skill, or ability.
-Abusing the system through wrong use of NPC
-Manipulating system error intentionally to give damage to other users.
* Restoration Operation Policy
① Disadvantage in account may be applied if recovery report is verified as false statement.
② Recovery report must be descripted with the character itself. Dispute report against other character does not proceed.
③ Item and Character recovery must be reported within 5 days of occurrence, when 5days elapses, the recovery is difficult due to lack of information of identification.
④ Restoration does not apply on following situation: exchange in item or account for cash, transaction between different servers within Masangsoft games, and transfer in various games. Above must be reported to cyber police.
Company only provides formal document via cyber police or equal institution. (We do not cooperate on individuals or miscellaneous institutions)
⑤ Applications follow in order of implemented and may take up to 7 days depending on restoration progress and external requisite.
⑥ Company is unable to assist with consumers’ own mistake, shortfall of understanding the policy, or damage that was previously announced by GM via webpage.
- Item Restoration Subject
① You can restore item loss according to server deficiency or other external factor with evidence
② Item restoration must be reported within five days of occurrence. Reports later than five days are excluded from the subject.
- Character Restoration Subject
①You can restore character loss according to server deficiency or other external factor with evidence
Restoration process is recovered through recent back up data, therefore alternation of item and EXP may occur.
② Character restoration must be reported within five days of occurrence. Reports later than five days are excluded from the subject.
③ On the event of character deletion due to user’s mistake, the deleted character may be restored within the grace period of 7 days. Reports later than 7days are excluded from the subject.
- Item and character restoration exceptions.
① Technical Issues with unknown occurrence cause such as internet circuit problem or backup are excluded from restoration subject.
② Item sold on NPC for both accident and intentional, is restored once a year.
③ Item discarded (dropped) is restored once a year.
④ Regular combination item process (consolidation / smelt /combination) is excluded from the restoration subject.
⑤ Items created using illegal, unauthorized programs or copied bugs cannot be restored.
** Item gained from the illegal activity shall be taken away by GM.
- Company can assist with exchange of unusual Item, but if tem is remained or expendable GM will collect and assist you further. Company cannot assist you with other circumstances.
* Transaction Dispute Modifying Service.
What is Transaction dispute service??
Transaction dispute service is for users who received damages by unknown item movement or impersonation of GM or staff. Masangsoft will do best to minimize the damage through adjusting the transaction dispute.
Following can be included for disputes transaction dispute service:
① Impersonation of other character or guild
② Impersonation of similar ID, GM or staff
③ Dispute with distinct assailant and a victim
Following cannot be included for disputes transaction dispute service
① Disputes using items → includes difference between market price
② Fraud using cash transaction
③ Disputes with no details
④ Loss from investigation of transaction service

③ Transaction dispute service period
Web report must be reported within five days of item loss. Reports later than five days are exempted from transaction dispute service subject. Report investigations take maximum of 14days.
* Account Hack Cases
What is Account Hacking?
Account hacking is defined as illegal or unauthorized accessing of other player’s account in order damage any facet of the original user’s account.
Users are liable for the security of their account and expected to never share, exchange, or transact information of account. It would be difficult for company to assist on these individual responsibilities.
Users are expected to take responsibility on their password, computer virus, and usage of computer on public.
What if my account is hacked?
Should any player find out that they were hacked, or doubt that they are hacked, they should immediately submit a report to “account hacked report center.” Company will try best to minimize the damage of hacked account and get back to track as soon as possible.
① Account report is limited to account user. Therefore, when reporting hacked account, user must follow “user confirmation process” to fully report. User is granted with 7 days to confirm and if not, report automatically is cancelled.
② Users shall be granted 7days grace period after their discovery of hacking to report their case. Reports of hacking after 7days may be denied support.
③ When report is submitted accordingly, company may block the account in case of expansion of damage for a limited time. The statement follows:
- Victims’ account: Account that is damaged by hacking, who reported accordingly as the company requested.
- Perpetrator’s account: Account that used victims’ account illegally, or gave damage.
- Related account: Account possessing victims’ content (item, game money, and others) or having records of having it. Exchange or transaction with perpetrator’s account also applies.
<Cash Agreement Policy>
I. Purpose
Following term basis on rules and principles that users have to follow on using “M coin” upon playing games thatMasangsoft and its affiliates(“Masangsoft”, “us”, “our” or “we”) provide.
II. Terms of Definition
1. M Coin: Virtual currency used to purchase or use items within the service.
2. Charge : Charging is a particular payment method specified by the Company in order to secure a certain amount of coin. It is the act of payment by selecting a payment method member want, this will be charged per dollar M coin 1000. (Additional 10% tax)
3. Purchase: Using charged M coin to acquire item or any other game services.
4. Refund: Receiving charged money back as cash according to terms of use no. 11
5. Minors: M coin terms of use (“terms of use”) define all underage teenagers as younger than 20 according to today’s date.
6. Portal: An imagination location of sales where the company or partner has created to provide cash or service using computer information communication system.
7. Users: Customers with ID and password to obtain service after conceding customer service agreement.
8. Account: Account setting including users ID, setting information, and game information
9. Cancelation: Canceling the terms of use either from the customer or the company
III. Change in terms of use
1. Company can alternate or change ‘legislation on electronic commerce for protection of customers’, ‘legislation on limitation of terms of use’, ‘legislation on game commerce’ within the range of not violating law or business usage.
2. Upon adjusting terms of use, the date of application and reason of development must be elucidated. The notice must be uploaded before 7 days (important notice before 30days) to the service main page or sent to email that user has last updated.
3. User has authority to disagree with the revised policy. User is recognized as conceding upon no expression until the date of alternation date.
4. When user does not agree with the policy, Company or user can cancel the user agreement, or provide service with an old agreement policy.
IV. How to Charge
1. Only users of Masangsoft can charge M coin
2. M coin can be charged in a measure of 1,000 won, 3,000 won, 5,000 won, 10,000 won, 20,000 won, 30,000 won, and 50,000 won (VAT is excluded). The exception applies to monthly charged service with its own service payment measure.
3. For minor, charging limitation is restricted to 70,000 per month and will be reset every first day of the month. It will be regarded as equal person when multiple accounts are charged with same name.
V. Method of charging
1. When charging with particular payment method that user has chosen, company will follow policy with individual payment method. 2. Company can restrict game service if user has not paid properly with individual payment method.
VI. Use of M coin / Verification of Usage
M coin is a payment method to use Masangsoft Inc.’s game service and history of payment can be found through [login> personal information > cash information]
VII. Cash usage of Teenagers
1. While teenagers (younger than 20) charge M coin, they must obtain agreement from legal guardian.
2. ①Self-Identification
- Self-Identification through parent’s name can be approved to charge immediately.
②Sending FAX/Mail
- Sending payment agreement form with signature and self-identification document can be approved to charge M-coin.
③Visiting the Office
- Legal guardian needs to visit and confirm with in the 30 days of application.
3. Every month the company will send an email about M-coin usage to the legal guardian, and guardian can request to prohibit the usage.
4. Legal guardian can choose the agreement expiration date as “1 month/ 6months/ 1 year/ 3 years/ 5 years”, and the company has responsibility to email the renewal document before 30days of end date. With no response, the expiration date automatically is extended.
5. When the minor charged payment without legal guardian’s permission, user or user’s legal guardian can cancel the agreement. The exception applies only when the teenager made a fault.
VIII. Usage Limitation
1. Upon violating the policy, company can restrict the service.
2. Company can restrict the payment service with a request of user or legal guardian.
IX. Refund of M coin
1. The company will issue a refund for reasons below through the same payment method user used to make purchase. Company will announce when we cannot refund as the same payment method.
(1) When service of charged M coin is determined to be nonexistent and is responsible of the company.(With an exception of system inspection)
(2) Cancelation of Service (Exception of Expired M-coin due to the 11th amendment)
(3) Exception that company has made to protect the other users.
2. Company’s refund service is divided into retraction available service and limited service, and following choices are announced when user purchases an item. When user has purchased service that is available to withdraw, they can do so within 7 days. With no opinion the company can announce alternation of limited service.
3. The company will refund with following methods
(1) Among the remainder of M-coin, the company will only refund M-coin that user has purchased individually. If user has purchased via point, they will obtain the points back.
(2)The company will deduct the benefit that user has received upon refund process.
(3) If the reason of refund is due to service cancelation from the company, company will not deduct any benefit that user has taken. This benefit applies when user still has the item.
(4)If the reason of refund is users’ change of mind the company will refund with 10% of commission. Refund policy does not apply if the amount is less than 1,000won. When requested amount is 1,100 won, the company needs to charge 1,000 won and refun 100won to the user. When the amount is less than 10,000won commission will be equally 1,000 won.
(5)The company may request document needed for refund. Upon rejection from the user, refund may be restrained.
4. Company does not refund M-coin, character, or item that was presented by other users or the company. Upon cancellation of service all purchased coins and items will disappear.
5. Plagiarism of Private policy (account ID, PW, payment information) and payment fraud does not apply in the category of refund. Following case can be only opened according to the jurisdiction.
X. Process of Refund
1. The agreement follows the 9th amendment that states all refund application is requested through customer’s service.
2. User must request refund via Customer’s Service>1:1 request and company will take a process to refund back.
3. Upon agreeing to refund, the money is returned within three day period.
XI. Extermination of M coin
M coin exterminates if last record of usage in M –coin was equal or more than 5 years. The exception applies when M-coin was provided through events by company.
XII. Refund of inaccurate imposed cash
1. The company refunds through the same payment method user used to make purchase when cash was imposed inaccurately.
2. If the company has responsibility for the mistake, we will make full refund of the cash amount. If user has the responsibility for the mistake, company will refund according to the third category of the 9th amendment.
XIII. Compensation Policy
1. The company is obligated to take responsibility on damage purposely made by the company during the usage of service to users.
2. When company limits service longer than 4 hours without a prior notification, we will compensate additional service for user. The compensation standard will follow ‘method of service period extension’ mentioning that company will compensate twice worth of service if the limit was longer than 4 hours.
3. By agreeing this document, user is following that company has made with individual provider. Any problem evolving with provider’s service with the user is between them not the company.
4. When content is followed differently within three months, company will cancel the offer within 30days.
XIV. Error Indemnification
To users whom have obtained disturbance due to system error or error on item, the company will compensate cash accordingly. There may be additional compensation depending on the hours or error period.
XV. Responsibility of Users
User has full responsibility of management on paying information if related subject is not mentioned with in the agreement. User may not share payment information with the third party and following responsibility is taken by the user.
XVI. Security of Privacy policy
1. The company cannot reveal users private information to the third party with an individual’s agreement. The exception applies upon payment accounts or related legislation.
2. Other privacy policy is notified in “privacy policy agreement” that company has provided.
XVII. Exemption Provision
1. Company may stop M-coin service for service inspection, alternation, and communication interruption for a limited amount of time.
2. If service inspection is inevitable, responsibility is exempted upon prior notice and the inspection may get longer.
3. Any natural disaster or cataclysm exempts the company from responsibility of suspending service.
4. Company will not take duty on M-coin loss that was mistaken by the user.
5. The company is not obligated to fix service suspension due to other company or the user.
6. Company is not responsible on benefit loss that user did not expect from the service
7. Company does not take responsibility on problems that occur due to computer environment of network circumstances that happens outside of our company.
8. Company only limits service according to jurisdiction and governmental law. Any limitation that occurs by following the law is not responsible of Masangsoft.
XVIII. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
When lawsuit case is initiated between the company and the user, the jurisdiction case is judged within related court and the law of Republic of Korea will be applied.
