LICENSE TO USE THE GAME
By agreeing to the terms of this EULA, Northenlight Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use Realife Simulator ("Game") for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license is personal to you and cannot be transferred or sublicensed.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
When playing the Game, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, this EULA, and the rules set forth by Northenlight Studios. Specifically, you agree not to:
Use the Game for any commercial or profit-making activities;
Attempt to reverse engineer, alter, or decompile the Game, or any part of it;
Remove or alter any trademarks, copyrights, or other proprietary markings in the Game;
Share, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Game to third parties;
Engage in offensive behavior, including hate speech, harassment, or discrimination;
Violate any local or international laws or regulations while using the Game.

GAME "AS IS" DISCLAIMER

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northenlight Studios is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from using or being unable to use the Game. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, business interruption, or any other financial loss.
FULL AGREEMENT
This EULA is the entire and exclusive agreement between you and Northenlight Studios regarding your use of the Game, superseding any prior agreements or discussions. Any other communication regarding the Game does not modify or amend this agreement unless expressly stated by Northenlight Studios.
MULTIPLAYER RULES AND CONDUCT
When engaging in multiplayer features, you agree to follow all guidelines and community rules set forth by Northenlight Studios. Any violations, including cheating or exploiting game mechanics, may result in penalties, including temporary or permanent bans. Northenlight Studios reserves the right to monitor and enforce these rules to maintain a fair and enjoyable environment for all players.
ACCEPTANCE
By playing the Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this EULA. You also acknowledge that this EULA is a binding agreement between you and Northenlight Studios, governing your use of the Game.
