This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and the Developer (“Developer”) for downloading, installing, and using Swordfish (“Software”). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Software.
1. License Grant
The Developer grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the Software in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

4. Disclaimer
The Software is provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability. The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.
5. Security Responsibility
If the User discovers any security vulnerabilities or defects in the Software, the User must promptly notify the Developer and refrain from publicly disclosing the vulnerability information. The Developer will investigate the reported issues and take appropriate action.
6. Termination
If the User violates any terms of this Agreement, the Developer may terminate this Agreement at any time and require the User to immediately stop using the Software and delete all copies of the Software.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [applicable jurisdiction].
8. Modifications
