TERM & LICENSE
This EULA comes into force on the date of when the User accepts the EULA upon starting the Game for the first time. Licensor hereby grants to the User a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install a copy of the Game and to play the Game on User's device. License granted to the User comes with the following prohibitions: To not sell, rent, license, transfer, publish or distribute the Game. To not commercially exploit the Game or use the Game to provide any service to others. To not use the Game in connection with any activities with a secondary purpose. To not use the Game in contravention of any applicable laws.
THIRD PARTY DISTRIBUTOR & REFUNDS
The Game may be purchased through a Third Party Distributor and such a purchase might come with additional Terms and Conditions. Refunds are processed and managed by the Third Party Distributor under their Terms and Conditions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Nothing in this EULA shall constitute an assignment or transfer of any Intellectual Property Rights of the Licensor.
WARRANTIES & WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
User warrants to the Licensor that it has the legal right and authority to enter into this EULA. User acknowledges that the use of the Game will require specified hardware and software and that software is never free from defects, errors, bugs and security vulnerabilities and that the Licensor gives no warranty or representation that the Game will be free from any of them.
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY
Nothing in this EULA will limit or exclude any liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Limit or exclude any liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law or any statutory rights the User may have as a consumer, except to the extent permitted by law. Licensor will not be liable to the User in respect of any losses arising out of any event. Nor for any business losses, including, but not limited to, loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities or goodwill. Licensor's aggregated liability to the User in respect of this EULA shall not exceed the total amount paid by User to Licensor under this EULA.
TERMINATION & EFFECTS OF TERMINATION
This EULA shall immediately terminate if the User breaches any parts of this EULA. Upon the termination of this EULA, all of this EULA shall cease to have effect and all licenses granted to the User under this EULA shall be terminated and The User must immediately cease to use the Game.
GENERAL
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law. Subject to any mandatory requirements of applicable law, the courts of Sweden shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising under or in connection with this EULA.
