EULA (End User License Agreement) for Dragonium Adventure

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE. THIS EULA IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU ("YOU" OR "USER") AND ALESTORE GAMES ("DEVELOPER") GOVERNING THE USE OF THE GAME DRAGONIUM ADVENTURE ("GAME"). BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

1.1. Grant of License: The Developer grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

1.2. License Restrictions: The User may not:

• Modify, distribute, translate, or create derivative works of the Game without the Developer’s written consent.
  
• Rent, sell, lease, lend, distribute, or sublicense the Game.
  
• Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Game, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, audio, music, and source code, are owned by the Developer. The User does not acquire any ownership rights in the Game or any of its components.

The Developer may, at its discretion, release updates or patches for the Game. The User agrees that such updates may change the gameplay experience and that the Developer is not obligated to support older versions of the Game.

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available." The Developer does not warrant that the Game will be free from defects and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.

This EULA remains effective until terminated by either the User or the Developer. The User may terminate this agreement by uninstalling the Game and destroying all copies in their possession. The Developer may terminate this EULA if the User violates the terms. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Game.

The Developer does not collect, store, or process any personal data from users of the Game. The Game does not require or request any personal information to be installed or played.

The Developer reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Any changes will be made available through updates or notifications. Continued use of the Game implies acceptance of any modifications.
