By purchasing, copying or otherwise using this software product, you agree to the terms of this agreement and that we are prepared to license you to use this software product only in accordance with the terms of this agreement. In order for this software product to work properly, please make sure that your computer is free from technical problems and has the features requested by us.

You must be at least 13 years old (14 for Brazil) to access and use the Services. If you are at least 13 years old (14 for Brazil), but under the age of 18 or below the required age of majority for this Agreement to be binding and enforceable against you and not invalidated ("Age of Consent"), your parent or legal guardian must provide:
- Do not allow you to use this software
- Any discomfort, emotional changes, etc. that may occur as a result of this software. accepting that momentary changes in your personality are under surveillance
- Accepting all services using this software.

BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY CHANGE THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME BY MODIFYING THIS AGREEMENT BY USING SOCIAL MEDIA OR DIRECTLY FROM THE PRODUCT STORE. ALL MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT AND NEW POLICIES TO BE APPLIED CANNOT BE EFFECTED WITHIN 1 WEEK, IF YOU AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU WILL NOT BE ADVISED SPECIFICALLY. BY CONTINUING TO USE THE SERVICES AFTER THE AMENDED AGREEMENT ENTERS INTO FORCE, IT MEANS THAT YOU ACCEPT THE AMENDED AGREEMENT.
BEFORE EACH USE, YOU AGREE TO CHECK THIS AGREEMENT (BY FOLLOWING AND INCLUDING THE CODE OF CONDUCT). THUS, YOU WILL BE FAMILIAR WITH THE CONTENT CHANGED AT VARIOUS TIMES. INFORMATION ON ACCOUNT AND SERVICES

If you are at least 13 years old (14 for Brazil) but under the Age of Minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees to use this software by accepting this agreement on your behalf by creating an account on the intermediary platform.

In order to benefit from the services under this contract, you must declare that you are over 13 (14 for Brazil) or that you accept the above-mentioned condition. You need to report this directly to the intermediary platform, not to us. If you have made this statement when you started using the intermediary platform, you do not need to renew this statement.

You must have an account to access the Services. This account contains only one person. Only one person can use an account to access the Services. The registered user of the account can allow someone else to use their account. However, when giving this permission, he accepts that the person he gives permission must be over 13 years old (14 for Brazil) and over 13 years old (14 for Brazil).
Parents and guardians who accept this agreement are responsible for any undesirable situation that may arise in the event that children under the age of 13 use this software.

(b) Access: By accepting this agreement, you agree that this software product that you have obtained will not provide access to your personal information in any way. You hereby agree that only the intermediary platform can access your personal information by contacting you if requested.

(c) Changes: By approving this agreement, you accept that the above-mentioned access permission in this agreement may change in the future, that you will not be informed specifically about this, that the information will be announced collectively via social media or through the intermediary platform.
If for any reason you do not agree with the above-mentioned relevant clauses, please stop the agreement here.

PURCHASING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT THROUGH THE DIGITAL PLATFORM


IF YOU AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE MARK THE RELATED OPTION. IF YOU DO THIS, IF YOU HAVE THE DISC CAPACITY REQUESTED BY US, THIS PRODUCT WILL BE INSTALLED ON THE HARD DISK YOU STATED. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE MARK THE RELEVANT OPTION. IF YOU DO THIS, THIS PRODUCT WILL NOT BE INSTALLED ON YOUR DISK. AND NO LICENSE WILL BE GRANTED TO YOU FOR THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

PURCHASE OF A PRINT COPY OF THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT DISTRIBUTED ON PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL MEDIA


IF YOU ARE THE ORIGINAL BUYER OF THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND YOU ARE THE OWNER OF THIS PRODUCT BY BOTH PHYSICAL OR SOCIAL MEDIA AND DO NOT AGREE TO THIS USER AGREEMENT IN ANY WAY, PLEASE CONTAIN THE PRODUCT INCLUDING THE FORM. IF YOU DO NOT RETURN, INSTALL THE PRODUCT AND/OR USE ONE AND/OR MORE FEATURES OF THE PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

If you need any technical support regarding this software product or if you think you will need technical support in the future, you can contact us via the intermediary platform or contact us via e-mail without an intermediary platform. If you do not want to contact us through the intermediary platform, or if you think that you cannot contact the intermediary platform and do not have technical support, you can contact us at the e-mail address located at the relevant location on the store page. If for any reason you think that you cannot reach this e-mail address, you can contact us at ().

Information on the Duration of Technical Support and the Failure to Provide Technical Support in the Case of the Following Defects

We would like to point out that our technical support team will not be able to get back to you immediately, whether you want to establish technical support through the intermediary platform or directly with us. We hope that you will receive technical support as soon as possible, considering that it would be wrong to provide detailed information on when the relevant technical support will take place.
In any way, swearing, insults, insulting words, etc. In case of trying to provide technical support by making offensive accusations, no response is made. BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE ACTIVATION OF THE PRODUCT


Once you have a CD key, activation code or registration code in any way, you are solely authorized to use it. You are authorized to use the CD password, activation code or registration code sent by us, and you have the right to share this CD password, activation code or registration code if you wish. BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
Compensation


SEL, its partners, members, contractors, licensing authority against all claims, damages and expenses (including litigation costs) arising out of or arising out of or arising directly or indirectly from your breach of any of the terms of this license agreement with this or the Software Product. You agree to hold the directors, directors, employees and representatives innocent in any way and to indemnify and compensate the damages.
