>>>> STATION TO STATION END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT <<<<

Last Updated: 2 October 2023.

We want Station to Station to be something that all of the players can enjoy so we need to set out some ground rules. Please read this carefully.

INTRODUCTION

This end user licence agreement (“EULA”) explains how you can use the Station to Station game and any of its features. In this EULA we refer to the Station to Station game, its features and any of our branding that appears in the Station to Station game as “Station to Station”. The EULA forms a legal agreement. This EULA is separate to our privacy policy, which you can find at .

You should read all of these documents carefully because they create legally enforceable rights and obligations for you and us, Prismatika GmbH of Neue Schönhauser Str. 3-5, 10178, Berlin, Germany.

If you select “I AGREE” or “ACCEPT” then you’ll be agreeing to the EULA and agreeing to act as required by the EULA. If you access or use Station to Station, we’ll also take it as your agreement to this EULA. If you don’t want to stick to the EULA, don’t use Station to Station.

This EULA is directed at people aged 13 or over. If you’re under the age of 13, please do not use Station to Station or agree to this EULA. If you’re aged 13 or over but you’re not yet 18 years old, please ask a responsible adult, like a parent or guardian, to explain this EULA to you.

Your use of the Steam service is also subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Steam Subscriber Agreement and any other terms set forth by Valve Corporation in relation to the Steam service.

PERMISSION TO USE STATION TO STATION

We give you permission to use Station to Station but only if you use it as required by this EULA. If you don’t use Station to Station as required by this EULA, we may take away your permission to use Station to Station altogether. This permission is personal to you and you cannot pass your permission onto anyone else.

Except as otherwise provided in this EULA, we don’t give you any permission to copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, distribute or sell Station to Station – please don’t do these things or anything like them. If you copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, distribute or sell Station to Station we’ll take away your permission to use Station to Station. We may even take away your permission to use Station to Station if you try to do those things.

Here’s the key part of this EULA: Don’t try to make money from anything we’ve made and don’t pretend to be us. We take this really seriously. If it turns out you’ve been doing this, or have been trying to do this, we may have to call our lawyers and ask them to get in touch with you.

That said, if you’re a content creator or a streamer, we give you permission to monetise YOUR content that features Station to Station.

If you would like to do something with Station to Station that is not permitted by this EULA, please speak to us about it first and we’ll let you know if it’s OK. Our contact information appears at the bottom of the page.

VIDEOS AND SCREENSHOTS AND CONTENT CREATORS

We’re happy for you to make videos of, or livestream, Station to Station being played - and for you to take screenshots. You can post these online if you like.

CONTENT, MODS, AND COMMUNICATION WITH OTHER USERS OF STATION TO STATION

We may provide functionality for you to create or share content on or through Station to Station, including new or customised content and modifications (“Mods”). We may provide functionality for you to speak to other users of Station to Station. If you choose to create or share content or Mods on or through Station to Station, you’ll also be giving us permission to use that content or Mods, or what is said to other users – without paying you anything. This permission includes the right for us to copy, modify, publicly display and exhibit it, and make money from it, and once given you can’t take this permission away.

You should think carefully about creating or sharing content or Mods on or through Station to Station. It might be made public or used in a way that you don’t like. Only create or share content or Mods if you’re absolutely sure you’re OK with giving us the permissions set out above. Those permissions are pretty far reaching. It means that we can use your content or Mods in marketing Station to Station, we can change it or we can give or sell it to someone else – without paying you anything.

If there is something that you want to keep to yourself you shouldn’t share it on Station to Station or tell it to other users of Station to Station.

When you create or share content or Mods or speak to other users of Station to Station, please follow these rules:

- Only create or share your own content or Mods, not anyone else’s content – this is really important;

- Don’t create, share or say anything that is illegal or offensive. Never use Station to Station to create, share or say anything racist, anti-Semitic, homophobic, sexist or pornographic;

- Don’t troll, don’t grief, don’t harass and don’t bully;

- Don’t create, share or say anything that might hurt another person’s reputation;

- Don’t share or say anything that you know isn’t true; and

- Don’t impersonate us and don’t share or say anything that might confuse another person into thinking that you’re us or that you’re speaking on our behalf;

- Only create Mods if you have legally acquired Station to Station;

- Unless we tell you otherwise, only make Mods available to third parties free-of-charge and not for gain. Commercial use or use in return for payment is not permitted (including selling, renting and leasing), unless we give you permission to do so; and

- Don’t use Mods with games other than Station to Station.

You, and not us, are responsible for the content and distribution of Mods. If you share or say anything that breaks these rules and that gets us into trouble, for example if we get sued because what you’ve posted infringes someone else’s rights or hurts their reputation, we’ll hold you responsible. This means that you’ll have to pay us for any money we’ve lost or damage we’ve suffered.

If you share or say anything that we think is going to offend someone else or we think is inappropriate, we might take it down from Station to Station - but we don’t have to. We might even take away your permission to use Station to Station altogether.

CHANGES TO THE EULA

We can change some of the terms of this EULA from time to time. Those changes will be notified to you one way or another. If necessary we may ask you to indicate that you’re OK with the changes, otherwise we’ll tell you when a change will have effect so that you can stop using Station to Station if you don’t like the change. However we’ll never change the EULA so that you no longer have permission to use Station to Station as long as you stick to the terms of this EULA. As long as you stick to the EULA, you can use Station to Station – that’s the deal between us and you.

TERMINATION

If you want to terminate this EULA, just stop playing Station to Station. We can terminate this EULA if you’ve breached its terms or if we stop making Station to Station available. Once the EULA is terminated you won’t have permission to use Station to Station and you must stop using it immediately. Some parts of this EULA will survive termination – those parts are the sections headed: “Ownership of Station to Station”, “Our Liability” and “Law and Jurisdiction”.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

This EULA is made under the law of England and Wales. The courts of England are the only courts which have the jurisdiction over disputes between us.
