This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Sautilus, the developer and publisher of the interactive film "Yondu's Journey."

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the "Yondu's Journey" software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the software.

This Agreement grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the "Yondu's Journey" software on a single device for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the "Yondu's Journey" software, or create derivative works based on it. You may not redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the "Yondu's Journey" software, or any part of it, to any third party.

The "Yondu's Journey" software does not collect or transmit any personal data, and does not require an internet connection to play.

The "Yondu's Journey" software is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. All intellectual property rights in and to the software are reserved by [Company Name].

The "Yondu's Journey" software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We does not warrant that the software will meet your requirements, or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall Sautilus be liable for any damages arising from the use of the "Yondu's Journey" software, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, even if Sautilus has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all copies of the "Yondu's Journey" software. This Agreement will also automatically terminate if you violate any of its terms.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and [Company Name] with respect to the use of the "Yondu's Journey" software and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, between you and Sautilus.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The failure of Sautilus to enforce any right or provision in this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.
