END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THIS PRODUCT:
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and The Missing Bracket, the developer of Bonds of Unity. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
LICENSE
The Missing Bracket grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Product solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may install and use one copy of the Product on a single computer or gaming console.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. All intellectual property rights in and to the Product are owned by The Missing Bracket and its licensors.
RESTRICTIONS
You may not sell, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Product or any part thereof. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product or any part thereof, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Missing Bracket does not warrant that the Product will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Missing Bracket shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Product, even if The Missing Bracket has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
TERMINATION
This EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies of the Product in your possession.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and The Missing Bracket with respect to the Product and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and The Missing Bracket regarding the Product.
By clicking "I agree" or installing or using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this EULA, do not install or use the Product.
