LICENSE OF USE
The software is licensed for personal use. You may install and use the software on compatible devices. Modification, decompilation, disassembly, or attempts to derive the source code of the software are not permitted. Any unauthorized use is expressly prohibited.
LIMITATIONS OF USE
The software may not be sold, distributed, rented, leased, or loaned to third parties without explicit written consent from Falling Saints Srl.
The software may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the software.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The software and all related content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, sounds, and other resources, are the exclusive property of Falling Saints Srl and/or its respective licensors. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
You acknowledge and agree that no title to the intellectual property in the software is transferred to you. You further agree that any suggestions, ideas, or feedback provided by you regarding the software may be used by Falling Saints Srl without any obligation.
UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
Falling Saints Srl reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide updates, patches, or new versions of the software. Such updates may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be made available to you at the time of the update.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the developers of the software be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
LIMITED WARRANTY
The software is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Falling Saints Srl does not warrant that the software is error-free.
MODIFICATIONS AND TERMS
The developers reserve the right to update and modify this EULA at any time. Any changes will be posted on the official website or through the software. Continued use of the software after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Italy.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be construed in a manner that closely reflects the original intent of the parties.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Falling Saints Srl with respect to the software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, with respect to the software.
By using the software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this EULA.
