END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
The following document includes the end-user license terms ("EULA") for installing and using Ricave ("Software", "Game"). You acknowledge that you have read and accepted this EULA in its entirety before playing Ricave.
By purchasing Ricave on Steam or any other platform, you buy a revocable license to install and play Ricave. The Software is owned by Rogueatic Games.
USAGE
You can't share or resell the license to any other person, including giving the Game away for free (unless it's a gift code purchased via a dedicated gift code system). You can't modify Ricave without permission (however, you can create mods without modifying the base Game files). You can't distribute or sell parts of the Game, including distributing the soundtrack or textures from the Game.
MODS
If you create a mod for Ricave, you must make it clear that it's not an official part of the Game and is community-created. By creating a mod you grant Rogueatic Games permission to use, modify, sell, and distribute it without any limits indefinitely, even after this EULA is terminated. You also allow Rogueatic Games to use your mod in promotional materials without giving you credit for it. Your mods can't be used to harass other people, cause harm in any way, infringe any intellectual property rights, or be illegal in any other way. Your mods may not contain any parts of the original Game (for example mods can't be used to distribute the original soundtrack from the Game).
FEEDBACK
If you give us any suggestion or idea regarding the Game (for example via Discord, Twitter, or email), you grant us a perpetual and royalty-free license to use your suggestion in any way we want, even after this EULA is terminated. This includes allowing us to include your suggestion in the Game and not give you credit for it.
DISCLAIMER
The Software is provided "as is" and you use it at your own risk. You agree that Rogueatic Games won't be liable to you for any damages resulting from using the Software. You agree that the total liability to you from Rogueatic Games will never exceed the total amount paid by you when purchasing the Game.
FINAL NOTES
This EULA can be terminated by Rogueatic Games if you violate any of its rules. If some jurisdictions don't allow for certain limitations described in this EULA, they may not apply to you. You agree that all disputes regarding the Software will be brought to court in Poland.
