End-User License Agreement (EULA) of Heaven and Hell vs The Void
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and NoLootingbox. This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of the Heaven and Hell vs The Void software ("Software") directly from NoLootingbox or indirectly through an authorized reseller or distributor ("Reseller").
Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the Heaven and Hell vs The Void software. By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the Software, you confirm your acceptance of the Software and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.
If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use the Software.
This EULA applies only to the Software provided by NoLootingbox, including updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services, unless other terms accompany those items. If so, those terms apply.
License Grant
NoLootingbox grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Heaven and Hell vs The Void on devices under your control, in accordance with this EULA.
You are permitted to load the Software onto devices such as PCs, laptops, and mobile devices under your control. You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the minimum requirements of the Software.
You are not permitted to:
Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose
Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party
Use the Software in any way that breaches local, national, or international law
Use the Software for any purpose that NoLootingbox deems a breach of this EULA
Intellectual Property and Ownership
NoLootingbox retains ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and any subsequent downloads of the Software. All copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights in the Software remain the property of NoLootingbox.
NoLootingbox reserves the right to grant licenses for the use of the Software to third parties.
Termination
This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and will remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to NoLootingbox.
This EULA will terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, all licenses granted by this EULA will terminate, and you agree to cease all access and use of the Software. Provisions that by nature continue beyond termination will survive any termination of this EULA.
Governing Law
This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Costa Rica.
