**End User License Agreement (EULA)**
**1. General Provisions**
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the software named Venator Universe ("Game"). This Agreement is provided by Venator Games ("Company") and constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Company and the end user ("User").
**2. Grant of License**
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download, install, and use the Game.

**7. Disclaimer of Warranties**

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
