This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Zelcar Games LLC ("Company") for the Secret Forest Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game ("MMORPG"). By installing, copying, or using the MMORPG, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
License:
a) License Grant: The Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the MMORPG on a single computer or mobile device owned or under the User's control.
b) Restrictions: The User agrees not to reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the MMORPG, except as permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual Property:
a) Copyright: The MMORPG and all related materials, including but not limited to graphics, audio, and text, are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by copyright laws and other international intellectual property treaties.
b) Trademarks: All trademarks, trade names, logos, and other distinctive signs related to the MMORPG are the exclusive property of the Company, and no right to use them is granted without the prior written consent of the Company.
Use of the MMORPG:
a) Acceptable Use: The User agrees to use the MMORPG in accordance with the instructions provided by the Company and for lawful purposes only. The User shall not engage in any activities that may disrupt the experience of other users or violate the terms of service.
b) User-Generated Content: If the MMORPG allows the User to generate or exchange customized content, including but not limited to in-game items, the User acknowledges that the Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or security of such content, and the User assumes all risks associated with its use or exchange.
Virtual Items and In-Game Economy:
a) Ownership: The User acknowledges that all virtual items, currency, or assets obtained or acquired in the MMORPG, whether through gameplay or exchange with other users, are the exclusive property of the Company.
b) Virtual Item Transactions: The User may engage in the exchange of virtual items with other users within the MMORPG's designated trading systems or platforms, subject to the terms and conditions set by the Company. The Company is not responsible for any transactions or disputes that may arise between users, and the User participates in such transactions at their own risk.
Privacy:
The collection, use, and disclosure of User's personal information by the Company are governed by the Company's Privacy Policy, available at [link to privacy policy].
Disclaimer of Warranties:
The MMORPG is provided "as is," and the Company makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay or the availability of specific in-game items.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the MMORPG, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination:
The Company may terminate this EULA if the User breaches any of the terms and conditions set forth. Upon termination, the User must cease using the MMORPG and destroy all copies of it in their possession.
Governing Law:
This EULA shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country where the Company has its main headquarters.
By installing, copying, or using the MMORPG, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, do not install, copy, or use the MMORPG.
