END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THIS GAME.
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you ("End User" or "you") and Rebuff Reality ("Company" or "we"), the creator and distributor of the game identified above ("Game").
By installing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
LICENSE GRANT: Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
RESTRICTIONS: You shall not:
a. Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Game to any third party.
b. Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
c. Download, extract, or use the music tracks included in the Game separately or for any use other than playing the Game as intended.
d. Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the Game.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, excluding its conflicts of law principles. The parties agree that any legal action or proceeding under or with respect to this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of the State of Florida. This Agreement is intended to be enforceable globally.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications.
AMENDMENTS: The Company may amend this Agreement at any time in its sole discretion. The amended terms shall be effective upon posting or providing notice to you.
