The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software, subject to the terms of this EULA.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including any updates, modifications, and enhancements, are owned by the developer. This EULA does not grant you any rights to patents, copyrights, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights in the Software.
EARLY ACCESS DISCLAIMER
The Software is currently in Early Access. This means the Software is still in development and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or other issues. By accessing the Software, you acknowledge the potential risks and that the Software may undergo significant changes before the final version.
USE OF THE SOFTWARE
You are permitted to use the Software for personal, non-commercial use, live performance environments, live streaming, and to post recordings of the Software online. Any such use must include appropriate credit to the artist/developer and link to the developer's official social media profiles.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that applicable law expressly permits, despite this limitation.
PRICING
The Software is offered at a reduced price during the Early Access period. The full version will be available at a higher price, reflecting added content and enhancements.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
The developer intends to involve the community in the development of the Software. However, any suggestions, feedback, or other communications you provide are voluntary and the developer is under no obligation to use or compensate you for such contributions.
TERMINATION
The developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the Software if you breach any terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) arising out of your use of or inability to use the Software, even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The developer reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting an updated version on the Steam store or another official platform.

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the developer concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals, and representations.
