End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Gamesoft Studios Games
Please read this End-User License Agreement ("EULA Agreement") carefully before using any game developed by Gamesoft Studios ("Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the game ("Resident Fear"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
**1. License Grant:**
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Gamesoft Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for your personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes.
**2. Ownership:**
Gamesoft Studios retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not convey any ownership rights to you.
**3. Restrictions:**
You shall not, and shall not permit others to:
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game.
- Use the Game for any commercial purpose or exploit the Game in any way not expressly permitted by this Agreement.
- Share, distribute, sublicense, lease, lend, rent, or transfer the Game to any third party.
- Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
**4. User Content:**
You acknowledge and agree that any content you create or share within the Game may be viewable by other users and subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
**5. Recording and Sharing Gameplay:**
Gamesoft Studios grants you the permission to record and share your gameplay footage of the Game on social media platforms for non-commercial purposes. This includes sharing videos, screenshots, and other content showcasing your experience with the Game. By recording and sharing gameplay, you agree to give Gamesoft Studios the right to feature, reproduce, and distribute your content for promotional purposes related to the Game.
**6. Termination:**
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.
**7. Warranty Disclaimer:**
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Gamesoft Studios does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses.
**8. Limitation of Liability:**
To the extent permitted by law, Gamesoft Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Game.
**9. Governing Law:**
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
**10. Changes to Agreement:**
Gamesoft Studios reserves the right to modify, amend, or change this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
By using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Game.
