End User License Agreement (EULA)
IMPORTANT: Please read this End User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before installing or using the game Z Ops: Deadzone ("Game"). By installing, copying, or using the Game, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, use, or copy this Game.
1. Definitions
1.1 Developer: Nixorz, the publisher and creator of Z Ops: Deadzone.
1.2 Game: The Z Ops: Deadzone video game software, including any updates, patches, or expansions provided by the Developer.
1.3 User: Any individual or entity acquiring a license to use the Game.
2. License Grant
2.1 License: The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
2.2 Restrictions: You are not permitted to:
Copy, distribute, rent, loan, or sublicense the Game.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Game.
Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game, except as permitted by applicable law.
Use the Game for commercial purposes or as part of any paid service without the Developer's written consent.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Rights: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including, but not limited to, characters, graphics, sounds, interfaces, content, and code) are the exclusive property of the Developer.
4. Warranty Limitations
4.1 "As Is": The Game is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. The Developer does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with other software.
4.2 Limited Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Game.
5. Termination
5.1 Termination Conditions: This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate the license at any time by uninstalling and deleting the Game from your system.
5.2 Breach of Terms: The Developer reserves the right to terminate this license immediately if you breach any terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Game.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
6.1 Governing Law: This EULA is governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
6.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or related to this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Melun, France.
7. Modifications
7.1 Updates: The Developer reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time at its sole discretion. Any modification will take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Game after the posting of any changes implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
