1- Grant of License
1.1. The Game titled Enigma Quest ("Software") is licensed, not sold, to you by SGDstudios ("Publisher") for your personal, non-commercial use.
1.2. The Publisher grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on your compatible devices, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
2- Permitted Use
2.1. You may use the Software for personal entertainment purposes only.
2.2. You may install and use the Software on multiple devices owned by you, provided that you are the sole user of the Software on each device.
3- Intellectual Property
3.1. The Software, including but not limited to its code, graphics, audio, and other content, is the intellectual property of SGDstudios and Sam Roustom and is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
3.2. You may not modify, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software, except as permitted by applicable laws.
3- Warranty and Liability
4.1. The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied.
4.2. SGDstudios and Sam Roustom shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
4- Termination
5.1. This license is effective until terminated. The Publisher may terminate this agreement if you violate any of its terms.
5.2. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
5- Governing Law
6.1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [European Union].
6.2. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [European Union].
