End-User License Agreement (EULA)
Introduction
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Lizard Games Studio ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") concerning the use of A Story About Farting ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game through the Steam platform, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, access, or use the Game.
Grant of License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this EULA and the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
Restrictions
You agree that you will not and will not allow others to:
- Use any unauthorized software, scripts, bots, or other means to cheat, exploit, automate, or manipulate the Game in any way.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
- Modify, alter, or create derivative works based on the Game.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Game or any copies thereof.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
Cheating and Bot Use
Cheating and the use of bots are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:
- Using any software or device to automate game functions.
- Exploiting glitches, bugs, or loopholes in the game to gain unfair advantage.
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal gameplay experience for other players.
- Sharing or distributing any methods or tools related to cheating or bot use.
- Violation of this section will result in immediate termination of your license to use the Game and may lead to the suspension of your account. The only exception is a simple auto-clicker.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession or under your control.
Updates and Changes
We may update or change the Game and this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Game after such changes signifies your acceptance of these changes. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cease using the Game and uninstall it.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of rights.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of or inability to use the Game.
