BY USING MYSTERY at GRAND FIR VILLAGE™ GAME, and THEATER - THE GAME™ ENGINE, YOU ACCEPT THESE EULA TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE BELOW TERMS, DO NOT USE, AND DO NOT INSTALL.

TERMINOLOGY USED
This license agreement is between you and Moxie Galaxy Corporation, and applies to your choice to use Moxie Galaxy Corporation's software, Mystery at Grand Fir Village, and; Moxie Galaxy Corporation's game-engine, Theater - The Game. Moxie Galaxy Corporation reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. All terms apply unless otherwise noted in future versions of this EULA.
For purposes of this End User License Agreement (EULA):
1. “Moxie Galaxy” refers to Moxie Galaxy Corporation, incorporated in the State of Washington, United States of America.
2. “You” and “your” refers to the end-user who chooses to install and use “Mystery at Grand Fir Village™” game and “Theater - The Game” engine software on their device(s).
3. “Mystery at Grand Fir Village™” game product is the theme of the mystery scenes in your game installation, it uses the “Theater - The Game” game engine. “Mystery at Grand Fir Village™” and “Theater - The Game” refers to the software and its content titled “Theater - The Game™”, distributed, created, and copyrighted by Moxie Galaxy Corporation. For purposes of this EULA, references to “Theater The Game” refers to any and all use of the “Theater The Game” game engine and/or use of the “Mystery at Grand Fir Village™” game product.
4. “Using,” “used,” “uses,” “use,” “user(s),” and “usage” refers to you using, downloading, purchasing, installing, opening, playing, uninstalling, moving, storing, copying, altering, modifying, deleting, and/or otherwise interacting with, any files, documentation, or activity involving Theater The Game.
5. “Device” refers to a singular electronic entity that can install and execute Theater The Game. An entity such as a: Personal computer, desktop, laptop, console, virtual machine, virtual operating system, phone, tablet, or other machine.
6. “Theater Creation(s)” refers to you, or another user, making non-commercial virtual content using Theater The Game's software features, or, through other methods such as a third-party software. These user edited/created creations include, but are not limited to, files or documents, save game file content, scenes, scenarios, locations, characters, objects, storylines, custom game story processes or conditions, dialog, names, or user-altered images and art.
7. “Update” and “version” and “release” refers to any potential changes, created by Moxie Galaxy Corporation, for the current release(s) of Theater The Game. Updates include, but is not limited to, modified source code, version changes, revisions, adaptation to different operating systems or devices, supplements, executables, updates, downloadable content, story or scenario content, images, art, audio, changed functionality, new features, or if any, related network or internet-based services.

IF YOU ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THIS DOCUMENT’S TERMS, YOU ARE LICENSED TO BENEFITS OUTLINED IN TERM 1:
1.
PERPETUAL USE
For each licensed copy of Theater The Game you have purchased; you may install one copy of Theater The Game on your personal device for perpetual use. If you downloaded Theater The Game files, and do not have a “hardcopy”, you may back up Theater The Game installation files on one other device or storage-media, for the future event if your original installation needs reinstallation.
Dependent on which Theater The Game release you use, one of these two terms additionally applies:
A. LICENSED EDITION
To install multiple copies of Theater The Game, to be all installed simultaneously, you must purchase a licensed copy for each installation. You may uninstall Theater The Game on your device, then install it on your different device for your use. Failure to comply with this term revokes your license agreement with Moxie Galaxy to use Theater The Game, see Termination, below. An installation of Theater The Game without a licensed purchase is theft. For more about international piracy violation laws that protect Theater The Game (origin USA), review information from the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
B. PREVIEW EDITIONS
If your license of Theater The Game is subtitled “Preview Edition” or “Media Kit,” you may install multiple copies of this license on multiple devices. Theater The Game “Preview” and “Media Kit” editions have functionality limitations for demonstration or testing purposes. Excepting this installation term difference, all other EULA terms apply the same to a “Preview” or “Media Kit” Edition, as does as a Licensed Edition.

2. USE LIMITATIONS
Theater The Game software is licensed to you for specified usage rights. The software is not “sold” to you. Moxie Galaxy reserves all rights to Theater The Game. You may use Theater The Game as permitted in this agreement, with understanding of any limitations of the Theater The Game software. Your granted license to use Theater The Game is non-commercial, personal, limited, and non-exclusive. If these EULA terms are broken by you, your license to use the game is revoked, see term 13. Termination.
You, the user, are not permitted to use Theater The Game in the following ways:
A. You may not alter, rearrange, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer Theater The Game files or source code.
B. You may not make more copies of Theater The Game than allowed by this EULA or allowed by applicable laws.
C. You may not modify technical limitations of Theater The Game.
D. You may not use Theater The Game in connection with actions that are: illegal, intellectual-property violating, dangerous, hateful, exploitative, slanderous, nor otherwise damaging to others’ data/property/reputations/lives.
E. You may not sub-license, lend, rent, lease, host subscriptions, or otherwise collect ongoing payment involving Theater The Game or its related files.
F. You may not alter and/or transfer this EULA to another user or a third party.
G. You may not republish or redistribute Theater The Game in any media format altered or intact in any part.
H. You may not use the Theater The Game nor its content and related files, in any media format altered or intact, for commercial or transactional purposes; nor otherwise for purposes that may indirectly promote transactions; nor purposes that may yield personal or conceptual promotion.

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
A. NO WARRANTY
Moxie Galaxy disclaims all warranties for Theater The Game and any related services. You accept all responsibility and any risk of using any copy of Theater The Game, and its related services, files, and documents. Your quality and performance of use with Theater The Game is your responsibility. Moxie Galaxy does not imply a guarantee that Theater The Game will meet your requirements nor expectations.
B. PROVIDED “AS-IS”
Theater The Game, related documentation, included files, and other related services are licensed “as is” by Moxie Galaxy; without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Moxie Galaxy or the regents or contributors of the Theater The Game be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, revenue or profits; business interruption; bodily injury; property damage, however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort, including negligence or otherwise arising in any way out of the use of this software or related services; due to active or inactive actions; even if advised of the possibility of such risk or damage. C. LIGHT SENSITIVITY AND OTHER ILLNESS WARNING
Some users of electronic-screen devices report photosensitivity, seizures, repetitive stress injury, or other illness, after exposure to flashing lights or certain visual light patterns; or, from over-use of electronic device media. Theater The Game is software programmed for electronically-lit screen devices, which can create unpredictable light environments. You, the user, acknowledge these facts, consult your medical professional(s) regarding your safety and appropriate use, and use Theater The Game at your own risk.
D. INSTALLATIONS & UPDATES
Moxie Galaxy does not guarantee updates, and is under no obligation to contact you or deliver update files to you, the user. Any potential public updates to Theater The Game are not published in a single centralized place, and they are available to use at your own risk and discretion. Moxie Galaxy does not imply a guarantee that Theater The Game files, between different updates, are fully compatible with each other. I.E. Files from one installation of Theater The Game, being copied onto to a different update's installation of Theater The Game. If you use multiple licensed copies of Theater The Game, with differing update versions, you combine any files at your own risk. If you own multiple licensed copies of Theater The Game used across multiple operating-systems or device types, you combine any files at your own risk. For more information about Theater The Game updates, see term Right to Update.
E. LIMITED FUNCTIONALITY
Focus test groups are conducted before any copy of Theater The Game is publicly distributed, but Moxie Galaxy does not guarantee full-functionality. Some Theater The Game releases are not “Licensed Copy” functionality. These releases do not guarantee fully functional features, and may have limited features and content, limited time-allowance, disabled file-saving, or disabled buttons. These releases may include, but are not limited to, subtitles such as “Preview,” “Beta Release,” “Demo,” or “Media Kit Edition.” As of the current date of this EULA revision, there is no online access and no “multi-player” feature for Theater The Game, however, if this is an offered feature in the future, Moxie Galaxy is under no obligation to guarantee the perpetuity and functionality of any online nor multi-player features.

4. EXCLUSION OF REMEDIES
Moxie Galaxy is not responsible to you, the user, for any financial amount exceeding the payment amount delivered to Moxie Galaxy, for a single Theater The Game unit (Licensed Copy); at the valuation of the wholesale portion of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) delivered by the user's retailer, to Moxie Galaxy. If your Theater The Game license was distributed free of charge, such as a Preview, Media Kit or demonstration copy, Moxie Galaxy and other entities are not responsible to the user for any financial amount.
It is you, the user's, responsibility to review any sales agreement with your retailer, who transacted your Theater The Game purchase.

5. SUPPORT INFORMATION
Because Theater The Game is distributed “as is,” Moxie Galaxy does not offer direct technical support information to you, nor any user of Theater The Game. See term Disclaimer of Warranty.
Moxie Galaxy may publish technical support information publicly, potentially in print or internet. You, a Theater The Game user, can optionally act on Moxie Galaxy public information at your own risk. Moxie Galaxy does not contact nor direct you to this public information, nor guarantee to perpetually distribute or update this public information.

6. RIGHT TO UPDATE
Theater The Game current version or release may be updated, changed, or have features removed, at any time, by Moxie Galaxy. Theater The Game does not use internet-enabled, automated updates. It is optional to install any Moxie Galaxy updates for Theater The Game. Moxie Galaxy makes no guarantee to perpetually keep nor perpetually distribute former revisions or updates of Theater The Game. All updates, versions and releases of Theater The Game are licensed with no warranty, provided “as-is,” as described above, see term Disclaimer of Warranty.

7. COPYRIGHTS AND CREDIT
A. Moxie Galaxy Corporation is the original copyright and trademark holder of "Theater - The Game ™ " and all its related files and assets; including but not limited to, Mystery at Grand Fir Village and its scene contents, Theater The Game scenarios, scenes, character designs, object designs, location designs, character names, character quotes, storylines, game interfaces and displays, art and imagery, audio, logos and other imagery, and soundtrack. © 2021 - Present, All Rights Reserved.
B. Any other trademarks and copyrights are property of their respective owners.
C. The quotes and proverbs on Theater The Game start menu, are general knowledge said in public by the speaker, and are each property of the respective speaker. The respective speakers are not aware of nor in endorsement of Theater The Game nor Moxie Galaxy.
D. You, and all other Theater The Game users, are responsible for the content of your Theater Creations. (See Term, MODIFICATION USE.) Moxie Galaxy does not review, control, moderate, nor have awareness nor affiliation with you or other users' Theater Creations. Moxie Galaxy is not responsible for any intellectual property issues regarding you or other users' Theater Creations. Content created by you or others for any Theater The Game related content, is personal non-commercial virtual entertainment content, is not real property, is not real assets, and it has no monetary value.
E. Content or features input from users, suggested for inclusion within Moxie Galaxy products or Theater The Game, is not solicited nor used by Moxie Galaxy. Any other information or images you choose to transmit in any media format to Moxie Galaxy Corporation, whether solicited content for technical support testing, or unsolicited content, becomes property of Moxie Galaxy Corporation. See term Privacy Policy for additional details.

8. RATING STANDARDS
Theater The Game is rated age-appropriate for adults.
Official Theater The Game content and its software mechanisms by Moxie Galaxy, adheres to these rating standards.
A. Comedic misbehavior and danger
B. Mild language
C. Suggestive themes
D. Low-detail, non-realistic, cartoon-depiction of life events (such as birth, relationships, end of life)
Theater The Game has no real-life currency mechanisms for in-game purchases/transactions, nor gambling.
Theater The Game enables users to write custom words, stories, names, and entities; and change art and colors; to a certain extent of customization.
Theater The Game is rated age-appropriate for adults, as your play experience may change, if others are allowed to use your device with your Theater The Game installation. Rating standards are further variable, if you choose to transmit game files from other users' devices. Theater Creations and other content generated by Theater The Game users does not reflect the opinions of Moxie Galaxy nor of the Theater the Game concept.

9. FICTIONAL WORKS
Theater The Game and all files and assets, including but not limited to, its scenes, scenarios, storylines, locations and characters; are exclusively a work of fiction. Any references to historical entities or real-world public domain concepts, are used fictitiously, in Theater The Game. Any resemblance to other actual entities, events, locations, people (living or deceased), other creatures, or organizations, is coincidental and does not imply affiliation nor endorsement from the actual entity with Theater The Game nor Moxie Galaxy.

10. PRIVACY POLICY
A. The Software
Theater The Game mechanisms do not collect data from other software or files on your device, beyond the basic interactions between the operating system and the installed Theater The Game program.
You are responsible for whatever data you input to your Theater The Game software and files. Moxie Galaxy does not recommended any user input their personal information within Theater The Game or its files.
As of the date of this EULA publication, Theater The Game is “single-player.” Any exception to this is a potential future “multi-player” update of Theater The Game; that would in the future transmit, by your digital action and choice, your IP address or other relevant connection information, exclusively for the purpose to connect to a future “multi-player” Theater The Game with other users.
B. The Internet
Within this term, “account” refers to a virtual page, profile, group or other online entity controlled with a password by a person or organization.
Moxie Galaxy does not guarantee service nor maintenance from servers, websites, or accounts it controls or owns.
If you choose to interact with information or applications on a Moxie Galaxy server (e.g. a website), you use it at your own risk, and must comply with its publicly posted EULA, in addition to this EULA.
Moxie Galaxy may distribute information about Theater The Game with Moxie Galaxy controlled accounts on third-party hosted servers. Any connected users' behaviors on Moxie Galaxy official accounts are those users' independent responsibility; and they do not reflect the opinions of Moxie Galaxy nor the Theater the Game concept.
If you choose to interact with Moxie Galaxy controlled accounts on a third-party host (e.g. on a public video repository), you adhere to that host's terms and conditions;
And, you acknowledge Moxie Galaxy may or may not moderate or delete any information posted by anyone within that Moxie Galaxy controlled account, and/or reserves the right to remove access to the Moxie Galaxy account(s) from any user's account, if: That user
i. Violated the third-party host's terms, or
ii. Did not adhere to international journalistic standards, or
iii. Distributed illegal/immoral/exploitative/slanderous information, or
iv. Distributed information inappropriate for minors, or
v. Violated intellectual property law or violated terms within this EULA, or
vi. Displayed uncivil or threatening behavior, or sent excessive unsolicited contact to anyone.

Content or features input from users, suggested for inclusion within Moxie Galaxy products or Theater The Game, is not solicited nor used by Moxie Galaxy.
Any other information or images you choose to transmit in any media format to Moxie Galaxy Corporation, whether solicited content for technical support testing, or unsolicited content, becomes property of Moxie Galaxy Corporation:
This content may or may not be redistributed in part or in full, for Moxie Galaxy Corporation commercial or non-commercial public or private purposes, in any media format including, but not limited to; user support reference information, technical research, submissible evidence, marketing relations, example screenshots, advertising, community news, or other inquiries and publications.

11. MODIFICATION USE
A. Editorial Publication:
Journalists can submit their intent of a publication and request a media kit to the Moxie Galaxy accounts.
At time of this publication, Moxie Galaxy accounts and hashtags include:

Media kits include information, videos, interviews, and promotional images released by Moxie Galaxy, for redistribution in an editorial publication.
B. Theater Creations and Other Modification Use:
Theater The Game features and Moxie Galaxy do not direct nor encourage you or other users to create any specific content styles; content you create is your discretion and your responsibility. See term, Use Limitations. See term, Rating Standards. See term, Copyrights and Credit.
C. Modify At Your Own Risk:
You are responsible for your own Theater Creations and custom content; and the reliability; or lack thereof; of any custom content. If you choose to use or transfer any Theater The Game related files with other people or entities, you do so at your own risk, exclusively for non-commercial entertainment-based purposes. Moxie Galaxy is not responsible for, and has no involvement with, mediating or moderating or evaluating the quality or behavior of other users and/or their Theater Creations and other content. See term, Disclaimer of Warranty. As also stated in term Copyright and Credit: Content created by you or others for any Theater The Game related content, is personal non-commercial virtual entertainment content, is not real property, is not real assets, and it has no monetary value.

12. JURISDICTION
This agreement in entirety is governed by the laws of the State of Washington within the United States of America. You, the user of Theater The Game, agree that the venue of any action or suit concerning this agreement shall be in the Thurston County Superior Court (State of Washington, USA) and all actions or suits thereon shall be brought therein.
This EULA applies as far as local law jurisdiction permits. The laws of your jurisdiction also apply to your use of Theater The Game. By using the software Theater The Game, you must comply with any export laws and regulations that may apply internationally or in your jurisdiction. You and/or your chosen retailer who sold Theater The Game, are responsible for any and all relevant sales tax reporting in your jurisdiction.

13. TERMINATION
If there is a breach of these terms by you, the user, Moxie Galaxy immediately and automatically revokes your access and license permission described in Term 1. PERPETUAL USE, with no obligation of any compensation; and Moxie Galaxy continues to reserve all rights to Theater The Game; and all other terms in this EULA remain in effect in perpetuity. Upon your EULA termination, you must uninstall Theater The Game installations on all your devices; and delete and destroy all its installation files.
If you at any time choose to not be involved with the EULA, you must uninstall Theater The Game installations on all your devices; and delete and destroy its installation files.

Theater The Game, related documentation, included files, and other related services are licensed “as is” by Moxie Galaxy; without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Moxie Galaxy or the regents or contributors of the Theater The Game be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, revenue or profits; business interruption; bodily injury; property damage, however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort, including negligence or otherwise arising in any way out of the use of this software or related services; due to active or inactive actions; even if advised of the possibility of such risk or damage. C. LIGHT SENSITIVITY AND OTHER ILLNESS WARNING
Some users of electronic-screen devices report photosensitivity, seizures, repetitive stress injury, or other illness, after exposure to flashing lights or certain visual light patterns; or, from over-use of electronic device media. Theater The Game is software programmed for electronically-lit screen devices, which can create unpredictable light environments. You, the user, acknowledge these facts, consult your medical professional(s) regarding your safety and appropriate use, and use Theater The Game at your own risk.
D. INSTALLATIONS & UPDATES
Moxie Galaxy does not guarantee updates, and is under no obligation to contact you or deliver update files to you, the user. Any potential public updates to Theater The Game are not published in a single centralized place, and they are available to use at your own risk and discretion. Moxie Galaxy does not imply a guarantee that Theater The Game files, between different updates, are fully compatible with each other. I.E. Files from one installation of Theater The Game, being copied onto to a different update's installation of Theater The Game. If you use multiple licensed copies of Theater The Game, with differing update versions, you combine any files at your own risk. If you own multiple licensed copies of Theater The Game used across multiple operating-systems or device types, you combine any files at your own risk. E. LIMITED FUNCTIONALITY
Focus test groups are conducted before any copy of Theater The Game is publicly distributed, but Moxie Galaxy does not guarantee full-functionality. Some Theater The Game releases are not “Licensed Copy” functionality. These releases do not guarantee fully functional features, and may have limited features and content, limited time-allowance, disabled file-saving, or disabled buttons. These releases may include, but are not limited to, subtitles such as “Preview,” “Beta Release,” “Demo,” or “Media Kit Edition.” As of the current date of this EULA revision, there is no online access and no “multi-player” feature for Theater The Game, however, if this is an offered feature in the future, Moxie Galaxy is under no obligation to guarantee the perpetuity and functionality of any online nor multi-player features.

4. EXCLUSION OF REMEDIES
Moxie Galaxy is not responsible to you, the user, for any financial amount exceeding the payment amount delivered to Moxie Galaxy, for a single Theater The Game unit (Licensed Copy); at the valuation of the wholesale portion of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) delivered by the user's retailer, to Moxie Galaxy. If your Theater The Game license was distributed free of charge, such as a Preview, Media Kit or demonstration copy, Moxie Galaxy and other entities are not responsible to the user for any financial amount.
It is you, the user's, responsibility to review any sales agreement with your retailer, who transacted your Theater The Game purchase.

5. SUPPORT INFORMATION
Because Theater The Game is distributed “as is,” Moxie Galaxy does not offer direct technical support information to you, nor any user of Theater The Game. See term Disclaimer of Warranty.
Moxie Galaxy may publish technical support information publicly, potentially in print or internet. You, a Theater The Game user, can optionally act on Moxie Galaxy public information at your own risk. Moxie Galaxy does not contact nor direct you to this public information, nor guarantee to perpetually distribute or update this public information.

6. RIGHT TO UPDATE
Theater The Game current version or release may be updated, changed, or have features removed, at any time, by Moxie Galaxy. Theater The Game does not use internet-enabled, automated updates. It is optional to install any Moxie Galaxy updates for Theater The Game. Moxie Galaxy makes no guarantee to perpetually keep nor perpetually distribute former revisions or updates of Theater The Game. All updates, versions and releases of Theater The Game are licensed with no warranty, provided “as-is,” as described above, see term Disclaimer of Warranty.

B. Any other trademarks and copyrights are property of their respective owners.
C. The quotes and proverbs on Theater The Game start menu, are general knowledge said in public by the speaker, and are each property of the respective speaker. The respective speakers are not aware of nor in endorsement of Theater The Game nor Moxie Galaxy.
D. You, and all other Theater The Game users, are responsible for the content of your Theater Creations. (See Term, MODIFICATION USE.) Moxie Galaxy does not review, control, moderate, nor have awareness nor affiliation with you or other users' Theater Creations. Moxie Galaxy is not responsible for any intellectual property issues regarding you or other users' Theater Creations. Content created by you or others for any Theater The Game related content, is personal non-commercial virtual entertainment content, is not real property, is not real assets, and it has no monetary value.
E. Content or features input from users, suggested for inclusion within Moxie Galaxy products or Theater The Game, is not solicited nor used by Moxie Galaxy. Any other information or images you choose to transmit in any media format to Moxie Galaxy Corporation, whether solicited content for technical support testing, or unsolicited content, becomes property of Moxie Galaxy Corporation. Theater The Game is rated age-appropriate for adults.
Official Theater The Game content and its software mechanisms by Moxie Galaxy, adheres to these rating standards.

D. Low-detail, non-realistic, cartoon-depiction of life events (such as birth, relationships, end of life)
Theater The Game has no real-life currency mechanisms for in-game purchases/transactions, nor gambling.
Theater The Game enables users to write custom words, stories, names, and entities; and change art and colors; to a certain extent of customization.
Theater The Game is rated age-appropriate for adults, as your play experience may change, if others are allowed to use your device with your Theater The Game installation. Rating standards are further variable, if you choose to transmit game files from other users' devices. Theater Creations and other content generated by Theater The Game users does not reflect the opinions of Moxie Galaxy nor of the Theater the Game concept.

9. FICTIONAL WORKS
Theater The Game and all files and assets, including but not limited to, its scenes, scenarios, storylines, locations and characters; are exclusively a work of fiction. Any references to historical entities or real-world public domain concepts, are used fictitiously, in Theater The Game. Any resemblance to other actual entities, events, locations, people (living or deceased), other creatures, or organizations, is coincidental and does not imply affiliation nor endorsement from the actual entity with Theater The Game nor Moxie Galaxy.

10. PRIVACY POLICY
A. The Software
Theater The Game mechanisms do not collect data from other software or files on your device, beyond the basic interactions between the operating system and the installed Theater The Game program.
You are responsible for whatever data you input to your Theater The Game software and files. Moxie Galaxy does not recommended any user input their personal information within Theater The Game or its files.
As of the date of this EULA publication, Theater The Game is “single-player.” Any exception to this is a potential future “multi-player” update of Theater The Game; that would in the future transmit, by your digital action and choice, your IP address or other relevant connection information, exclusively for the purpose to connect to a future “multi-player” Theater The Game with other users.
B. The Internet
Within this term, “account” refers to a virtual page, profile, group or other online entity controlled with a password by a person or organization.
Moxie Galaxy does not guarantee service nor maintenance from servers, websites, or accounts it controls or owns.
If you choose to interact with information or applications on a Moxie Galaxy server (e.g. a website), you use it at your own risk, and must comply with its publicly posted EULA, in addition to this EULA.
Moxie Galaxy may distribute information about Theater The Game with Moxie Galaxy controlled accounts on third-party hosted servers. Any connected users' behaviors on Moxie Galaxy official accounts are those users' independent responsibility; and they do not reflect the opinions of Moxie Galaxy nor the Theater the Game concept.
If you choose to interact with Moxie Galaxy controlled accounts on a third-party host (e.g. on a public video repository), you adhere to that host's terms and conditions;
And, you acknowledge Moxie Galaxy may or may not moderate or delete any information posted by anyone within that Moxie Galaxy controlled account, and/or reserves the right to remove access to the Moxie Galaxy account(s) from any user's account, if: That user
i. Violated the third-party host's terms, or
ii. Did not adhere to international journalistic standards, or
iii. Distributed illegal/immoral/exploitative/slanderous information, or
iv. Distributed information inappropriate for minors, or
v. Violated intellectual property law or violated terms within this EULA, or
vi. Displayed uncivil or threatening behavior, or sent excessive unsolicited contact to anyone.

11. MODIFICATION USE
A. Editorial Publication:
Journalists can submit their intent of a publication and request a media kit to the Moxie Galaxy accounts.

C. Modify At Your Own Risk:
You are responsible for your own Theater Creations and custom content; and the reliability; or lack thereof; of any custom content. If you choose to use or transfer any Theater The Game related files with other people or entities, you do so at your own risk, exclusively for non-commercial entertainment-based purposes. Moxie Galaxy is not responsible for, and has no involvement with, mediating or moderating or evaluating the quality or behavior of other users and/or their Theater Creations and other content. 12. JURISDICTION
This agreement in entirety is governed by the laws of the State of Washington within the United States of America. You, the user of Theater The Game, agree that the venue of any action or suit concerning this agreement shall be in the Thurston County Superior Court (State of Washington, USA) and all actions or suits thereon shall be brought therein.
This EULA applies as far as local law jurisdiction permits. The laws of your jurisdiction also apply to your use of Theater The Game. By using the software Theater The Game, you must comply with any export laws and regulations that may apply internationally or in your jurisdiction. You and/or your chosen retailer who sold Theater The Game, are responsible for any and all relevant sales tax reporting in your jurisdiction.

13. TERMINATION
If there is a breach of these terms by you, the user, Moxie Galaxy immediately and automatically revokes your access and license permission described in Term 1. PERPETUAL USE, with no obligation of any compensation; and Moxie Galaxy continues to reserve all rights to Theater The Game; and all other terms in this EULA remain in effect in perpetuity. Upon your EULA termination, you must uninstall Theater The Game installations on all your devices; and delete and destroy all its installation files.
If you at any time choose to not be involved with the EULA, you must uninstall Theater The Game installations on all your devices; and delete and destroy its installation files.
