This End User License Agreement (the "EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the developers of the Game "Journey of Realm: Dawn Dew".
This Agreement applies to the "Journey of Realm: Dawn Dew" Software that you obtain directly from the software developer, or purchase and use through the STEAM platform (the "Software").
Before completing the installation process and using the Software, please read this agreement carefully. It provides a license to use the Software and includes warranty information and disclaimers.
If you sign this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, it means that you are authorized to bind that entity and its affiliated companies to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not have this authority or do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, please do not install or use the Software, nor accept this agreement.
This Agreement applies to the software provided herein by the software developer, whether or not other software is mentioned or described herein. These terms also apply to updated versions of the Software and support services.
License Grant
The Software Developer hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software on your device pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
You can run the Software under your control (e.g. on a PC, laptop, mobile phone or tablet) and you are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the minimum requirements for the operation of the Software.
What You Are Not Allowed to Do:
1.For any commercial purpose, copy, distribute, resell, edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate, or in any other way change all or any part of the Software, or combine or merge all or any part of the Software with any other software; nor is it allowed to decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software.
2. Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of any third party or for the benefit of any third party.
3. Use the Software in any manner that violates any applicable local, national, or international law.
4. Use the Software for any purpose that the Software Developer considers to be in violation of this agreement.
Intellectual Property and Ownership
All versions and content of the Software, as well as subsequent updated versions and content, belong to the developer.
The developer reserves the right to grant licenses for the use of the Software to third parties.
Terminate
This agreement takes effect from the date of your first use of the Software and shall remain effective. If you do not comply with all the terms of this agreement, it will terminate immediately, and the license granted herein will terminate immediately. You agree to immediately stop accessing and using all software.
After the termination of this agreement, those terms that continue to exist by their nature will continue to be valid.
