Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to install and use the Game for personal and non-commercial purposes on a single computer or gaming console.
2. USAGE RESTRICTIONS:
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Game.
Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Game.
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
All intellectual property rights in and to the Game, including but not limited to copyright and trademark rights, are owned by Developer. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights in the Game.
4. TERMINATION:
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from Developer if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies.
5. USER OBLIGATIONS:
You agree to:
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Not engage in any illegal activities while using the Game.
Respect the rights of other users.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Developer disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
In no event shall Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use the Game.
8. UPDATES AND SUPPORT:
Developer may, but is not obligated to, provide updates and support for the Game. Updates may be automatic or require manual installation.
9. GOVERNING LAW:
This EULA is governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this EULA shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within United Kingdom.
10. MISCELLANEOUS:
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Developer. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
11. USER ACCEPTANCE:
By installing and using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
