End User License Agreement
Version 1
This document is an agreement between you, and TeamSoundelta("Us, We"). By these terms, We give you a license to install and use Soundelta(the "Game"). You must agree to the following terms before installing and using the Game. We may update this agreement at any time with or without prior notice.
Liabilities
- The Game is provided as is with no warranty. The user assumes all risk of using the Game.
- You will not use the Game in a way where a failure in the Game can cause physical injury or loss of life.
- We will not be liable for any damage or loss caused use of the Game and you will hold Us harmless if any damage or loss occurs.
What you can do
- You may install and use the Game.
- You may create and post content about the Game on social media or content sharing platforms and you may make money through that content.
- You may modify your copy of the Game. If you do, we will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by a modified copy of the Game.
What you can't do
- You will not make commercial use of the Game, any code, files or data that is a part of the Game("Game Files"), user generated content("Customs"), or modifications to the Game.
- You will not distribute the Game Files or use them for your own purposes.
User generated content
The Game includes an Editor, with the ability to create Customs using music and art assets of your choice.
- You agree to hold yourself entirely responsible for any damage, offense, or loss caused by your creation, usage, or distribution of Customs, usage of the editor, or usage of content owned by other rights holders.
- You will not create or distribute any Customs that contain hate speech, inappropriate or offensive material, or malware.
Soundelta is the property of TeamSoundelta. We exclusively reserve all rights that are not explicitly stated here.
