License Grant: Liminal Echo Games LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on any computer or Steam-compatible device. This license includes the right to download the Software multiple times on various devices owned by you.
Ownership and Intellectual Property: The Software is the property of Liminal Echo Games LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You have acquired the right to use the Software and do not own the Software itself.
Copy and Modification Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Software. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling of the Software is strictly prohibited unless allowed by applicable law.
Transfer Restrictions: This license is personal to you. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.
Termination: This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Liminal Echo Games LLC if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The Software is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. Liminal Echo Games LLC disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: Liminal Echo Games LLC shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data.
User Conduct and Compliance: You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for your conduct and content while using the Software and for any consequences thereof.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Liminal Echo Games LLC and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit, or action arising from or related to the use of the Software or violation of this EULA.
Governing Law: This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
