IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY:
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Alessio Serenellini ("Licensor") for the use of the video game software and related services provided with this agreement.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE:
1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the game software and related documentation solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
1.2 The User agrees not to sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the license granted herein.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
2.1 The game and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Licensor and are protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
2.2 The User agrees not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices present in the game.
3. USER CONDUCT:
3.1 The User agrees to use the game in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.2 The User agrees not to engage in any activity that could interfere with the proper functioning of the game or compromise its security.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
4.1 The game is provided "as-is," and Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
4.2 Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the game.
5. TERMINATION:
5.1 This license is effective until terminated by the User or Licensor. The User may terminate the license by discontinuing the use of the game.
5.2 Licensor may terminate this license if the User breaches any terms of this EULA.
6. MISCELLANEOUS:
6.1 This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Licensor concerning the game.
6.2 This agreement is governed by the laws of Italy.
By installing and using the game, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
