END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) - MERCS INC This End-User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "Licensee") and CHICKEN FEET DIGITAL PTY LTD ("Licensor") for the use of the video game "MERCS INC" (the "Game").1. License Grant: 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.2. Permitted Uses: 2.1 Licensee may use the Game on any device owned or controlled by Licensee.3. Restrictions: 3.1 Licensee shall not sublicense, sell, lease, or otherwise transfer the Game to any third party. 3.2 Licensee shall not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, nor create any derivative works based on the Game.4. Intellectual Property: 4.1 All intellectual property rights in and to the Game remain the exclusive property of Licensor. 4.2 Licensee shall not remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings contained in the Game.5. Consent to Use of Data: 5.1 Licensee agrees that Licensor may collect and use technical and related information, including but not limited to technical information about the device, system, and application software, to facilitate the provision of updates, support, and other services.6. Termination: 6.1 This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensee may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Game. 6.2 Licensor may terminate this Agreement if Licensee fails to comply with any of its terms and conditions.7. Governing Law: 7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
