Terms of Use
This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for using the "Wizlite: Everybody Loved RPGs" service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by 5dims Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Please read and agree to these terms before using the Service.

Article 1 (Definitions)
The terms used in this agreement are defined as follows:
1.Website
The website where the content of the Service is posted.
2.User
Any individual who uses the Service.
3.Intellectual Property
Inventions, creations, plant varieties, designs, works of authorship, and other outcomes of human creative activity (including natural laws or phenomena that are discovered or clarified and have industrial utility), trademarks, trade names, and other identifiers used in business activities, as well as trade secrets and other technical or operational information useful for business activities.
4.Intellectual Property Rights
Rights defined by law or legally protected interests related to patents, utility models, breeder’s rights, designs, copyrights, trademarks, and other forms of intellectual property.

Article 2 (Consent to Terms)
1.Users may only use the Service after agreeing to these Terms of Use.
2.By downloading the Service to a PC and completing the consent procedure, a usage agreement based on these terms is deemed established between the User and the Company.
3.If the User is a minor, the consent of a legal guardian is required to use the Service.
4.A minor who falsely claims to have consent from a legal guardian or misrepresents their age as an adult cannot revoke any legal acts related to the Service.
5.A minor User who uses the Service after reaching the age of majority is deemed to have ratified all legal acts concerning the Service.

Article 3 (Amendment of Terms)
1.The Company may revise the content of these terms at any time without obtaining the User’s consent, and the User agrees to this without objection.
2.The Company will notify Users of any amendments to these terms through methods deemed appropriate.
3.Amendments to the terms take effect at the time the Company issues the notification described in the previous clause.
4.By continuing to use the Service after amendments, the User is deemed to have consented to the revised terms.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)
The Company prohibits the following acts when using the Service. If a User is found to have violated these prohibitions, the Company may suspend their use of the Service or take other necessary actions.
1.Infringing the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.
2.Damaging the reputation or credibility of the Company or third parties, or engaging in unjust discrimination or slander.
3.Infringing the property of the Company or third parties, or acts likely to do so.
4.Causing economic harm to the Company or third parties.
5.Engaging in threatening behavior toward the Company or third parties.
6.Using or inducing computer viruses or other harmful programs.
7.Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)
1.The Company bears no responsibility for any damages arising from changes, interruptions, or termination of the Service’s content.
2.The Company does not guarantee the User’s environment for using the Service and assumes no responsibility for it.
3.The Company does not guarantee that the Service meets specific purposes, expected functionality, value, accuracy, or utility, or that it is free of defects.
4.The Company does not guarantee that the Service is compatible with all PCs or devices. Users acknowledge that OS updates may cause malfunctions in the Service. The Company does not guarantee that any issues will be resolved.
5.Users acknowledge that changes in terms or policies of platforms like Steam may restrict the use of all or part of the Service.

Article 6 (External Links)
The Service may provide links to external websites ("Linked Sites") for convenience. The Company is not responsible for the content or handling of personal information on Linked Sites. Users should review the terms and privacy policies of Linked Sites at their own responsibility.

Article 7 (Prohibition of Assignment)
1.Users may not transfer their status or rights and obligations under these terms to any third party without prior written consent from the Company.
2.The Company may transfer its rights and obligations under these terms, including User data, at its discretion.

Article 8 (Severability)
If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

Article 9 (Contacting the Company)
For inquiries about the Service, please use the inquiry form provided on the Service or the Company’s website, or contact the Company via other designated methods.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
1.These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law.
2.Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court, depending on the amount in controversy.
