**SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT**
This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Foxfrey ("Developer") and the end user ("User") of the Meowstro ("Software").
**1. Grant of License**
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Developer grants User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on a single device for personal, non-commercial purposes.
**2. Ownership**
Developer retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the Software. This Agreement does not convey any ownership rights to User.
**3. Restrictions**
User shall not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Distribute, sell, sublicense, or transfer the Software to any third party without prior written consent from Developer.
**4. Disclaimer of Warranty**
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
**5. Limitation of Liability**
IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR HARDWARE DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
**6. Hardware Damage Disclaimer**
USER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE SOFTWARE MAY OUTPUT AUDIO SIGNALS THAT COULD POTENTIALLY CAUSE DAMAGE TO USER'S HARDWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPEAKERS AND OTHER AUDIO EQUIPMENT. DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO USER'S HARDWARE ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE. USER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT THEIR HARDWARE IS ADEQUATELY PROTECTED AND FOR MONITORING THE AUDIO OUTPUT LEVELS WHILE USING THE SOFTWARE.
**7. Termination**
Developer may terminate this Agreement at any time if User breaches any of the terms herein. Upon termination, User must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in their possession.
**8. Governing Law**
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
**9. Entire Agreement**
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Developer and User regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the Software.
**10. Amendments**
Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
**11. Severability**
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
**By installing or using the Software, User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.**
