**End User License Agreement (EULA) for Toon Troops Strategy**
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and New Angle Digital Inc. ("Company") for the use of the software product Toon Troops Strategy and any associated materials ("Software").
By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install, access, or use the Software.
**License Grant:**
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for your personal, non-commercial use.
**Ownership:**
The Software and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the property of Company. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest in the Software.
**Restrictions:**
You may not:
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Software.
- Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software to any third party.
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with this Agreement.
**Termination:**
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Company may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
**Disclaimer of Warranty:**
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
**Limitation of Liability:**
IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
**Governing Law:**
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montreal, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
**Entire Agreement:**
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Company regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
