END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
1. Introduction
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Gamesoft Studios. This Agreement governs your use of the software product, "Delta Strike" ("Game"), which includes computer software, and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
2. License Grant
Gamesoft Studios grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
a. License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Game or make the Game available to any third party.
b. Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Game.
c. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Gamesoft Studios or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the Game.
4. Comments
When you leave comments on our website, we collect the data shown in the comments form, your IP address, and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.
5. Media
If you upload images to our website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
