This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding document between you ("User") and I.E. PUCHKOV ANDREI IGOREVICH (doing business as Flat Reality) ("Licensor"), governing the use of the video game "The Nick" ("Game").

5. Registration and Data Collection

When registering in the Game, Users may provide their e-mail addresses. The Licensor undertakes to use this data in accordance with the Flat Reality Connect Privacy Policy attached to this Agreement.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies of the Game in your possession.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is." The Licensor is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profits.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware, United States of America.

9. Changes to the Agreement

The Licensor reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Licensor's official website or other notification to Users.
