End User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and ViridByte ("Developer") for the software product "The Conductor" ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
2. Game
The Game referred to in this EULA is "The Conductor," developed and owned by ViridByte, effective as of June 26, 2024.
3. License Grant
ViridByte grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial use on Windows devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Distribute the Game to any third party.
Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the Game, except for modifications allowed via mods or other tools, provided these modifications do not result in further distribution of the Game.

This EULA is governed by the laws of Germany and the European Union. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.

ViridByte reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Your continued use of the Game after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
