End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and SciViewLearn ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") for the use of "Chemist Wanted" ("Game"), including any associated media, printed materials, and electronic documentation.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Game.
2. Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use a copy of the Game on a single personal computer or other device for your personal, non-commercial use.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or any part of it, including any accompanying documentation, without prior written permission from the Company.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except as permitted by applicable law.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
Use the Game for any commercial purpose without obtaining a commercial license from the Company.
Transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, rent, or otherwise distribute the Game to any third party.
4. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the Game, are owned by the Company or its licensors. The Game is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession or control.
6. Updates and Patches
The Company may provide updates, patches, or other modifications to the Game at its discretion. These updates may be necessary to continue using the Game. You consent to such updates and agree that this EULA will apply to all such updates.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Company does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Game is free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Game (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss), even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within New Zealand for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
10. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.
