This Agreement is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Stealfire Studio ("Studio") and governs your use of [Game Name] ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
1. Grant of License
The Studio hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your personal entertainment purposes.
2. Intellectual Property
The Game and all copies thereof are the intellectual property of the Studio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, perform, or otherwise use any part of the Game without the prior written consent of the Studio.
3. Restrictions
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
You may not sell, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Game in any manner.
You may not modify or create derivative works of the Game.
You may not use the Game for any illegal activities.
4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. If you violate any terms of this Agreement, the Studio may terminate this Agreement immediately and revoke your right to use the Game. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Studio expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country or region where the Studio is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Studio concerning the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the Studio.
8. Changes
The Studio reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. The modified Agreement will be announced on Steam and will become effective upon notification. Your continued use of the Game signifies your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
