**End User License Agreement (EULA)**

**IMPORTANT: READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.**
**1. License Grant**
A Forest Tale: Porasy(“Software”) is licensed, not sold, to you by Pindó Studio (“Licensor”). You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
**2. Restrictions**
You may not:
- Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software.
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the Software.
**3. Ownership**
The Software, including all related intellectual property rights, remains the property of the Licensor. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.
**4. Termination**
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
**5. Disclaimer of Warranty**
The Software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. The Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
**6. Limitation of Liability**
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
**7. Indemnification**
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Licensor from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of your use of the Software or violation of this EULA.
**8. Governing Law**
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of São Paulo/Brazil, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
**9. Changes to the EULA**
The Licensor reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised agreement on [insert location, e.g., your website]. Your continued use of the Software after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised EULA.
