END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR "CAT PROBLEMS"
1. ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between the end user ("You") and Cerbanith, the creator of "Cat Problems" (the "Game"). By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. If You do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.
2. LICENSE Cerbanith grants You a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to install and use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
3. OWNERSHIP All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Game, including copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and any other intellectual property related to the Game, are and will remain the exclusive property of Cerbanith.
4. RESTRICTIONS You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, modify, or create derivative works based on the Game.
Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or reduce the Game's code to a human-readable form.
Use the Game for any commercial purpose without written permission from Cerbanith.
5. SERVER AVAILABILITY The Game may require an online server connection to function. You acknowledge that the server may not be available at certain times due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond Cerbanith's control. During these periods, the Game may be partially or completely non-functional, and Cerbanith will not be liable for any damages or inconveniences caused by server unavailability.
6. SERVER SHUTDOWN AND GAME REMOVAL Cerbanith reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to discontinue server support for the Game in the future if the player base significantly decreases or if server maintenance is no longer feasible. Additionally, Cerbanith reserves the right to remove the Game from digital stores and discontinue its availability if development or support is discontinued. In such cases, no refunds or compensation will be provided by Cerbanith.
7. UPDATES AND CHANGES Cerbanith may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, enhancements, or modifications to the Game. Such updates may change or remove certain features of the Game, and You agree that Cerbanith is not obligated to maintain the content or features of the Game in their current form.
8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER The Game is provided "as is," without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Cerbanith does not warrant that the Game is free from errors or that it will operate uninterrupted. You assume all risks associated with the use of the Game.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no event shall Cerbanith be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. TERMINATION This EULA is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate it at any time by deleting all copies of the Game in your possession. Cerbanith may terminate this EULA if You fail to comply with any of its terms.
11. EULA MODIFICATIONS Cerbanith reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Any changes will be communicated, and continued use of the Game after such notice will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW This EULA will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where Cerbanith resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
