1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Wolverine Island ("Company" or "We") for the game "TriMatch" ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, You agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If You do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Game.
2. Grant of License
Wolverine Island grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this EULA.
3. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. Wolverine Island retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that no title or ownership interest in the Game is transferred to You under this EULA.
4. Restrictions

Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or any part of it without prior written permission from Wolverine Island.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except as permitted by applicable law.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
Use the Game for any commercial purpose without obtaining a commercial license from Wolverine Island.
5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Wolverine Island if You fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.
6. Updates and Patches
Wolverine Island may provide updates, patches, and other modifications to the Game at its discretion. These updates may be necessary for You to continue to use the Game. By accepting this EULA, You agree to receive such updates and patches as part of your use of the Game.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WOLVERINE ISLAND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE GAME IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WOLVERINE ISLAND BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF WOLVERINE ISLAND HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wolverine Island is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Severability
If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
11. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between You and Wolverine Island with respect to the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
