End User License Agreement (EULA) for "Gravepact"
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING "GRAVEPACT" ("GAME"). BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT INSTALL, ACCESS, OR USE THE GAME.
1. LICENSE
1.1 Grant of License
Subject to the terms of this EULA, Justinian ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to install and use one copy of the Game on a single device primarily used by you for your personal, non-commercial use.
1.2 Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, distribute, or publicly display the Game except as expressly permitted in this EULA.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Game.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Game.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Game is licensed, not sold. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game. All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Licensor or its licensors.
3. UPDATES
Licensor may provide updates, patches, and other modifications to the Game ("Updates"). You agree that Licensor has no obligation to provide any Updates or to continue to provide or enable any particular features or functionality of the Game.
4. TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and uninstall and destroy all copies of the Game.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Licensor does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Licensor, its affiliates, licensors, or suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licensor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of this EULA or your use of the Game.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA and any disputes arising out of or relating to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor with respect to the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. No amendment to or modification of this EULA will be binding unless in writing and signed by Licensor.
By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
