### END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
#### FOR "GROW EMPIRE: ROME"
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Zeraus Devs LTDA and Station Game Studio S.R.L ("Licensors", "We", or "Us"), governing your use of the video game *Grow Empire: Rome* ("Software" or "Game"). By installing, copying, or using this Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.
### 1. **LICENSE GRANT**
Licensors grant You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use *Grow Empire: Rome* on compatible devices solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this EULA.
### 2. **OWNERSHIP**
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Software, including but not limited to any content, code, data, and materials, remain the exclusive property of Zeraus Devs LTDA and Station Game Studio S.R.L. This EULA does not convey any title or ownership in the Software to You.
### 3. **LICENSE RESTRICTIONS**
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display the Software or any of its components, except as permitted by this EULA.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
- Rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your rights to the Software.
- Use the Software in any unlawful manner or for any illegal purpose.
### 4. **UPDATES AND PATCHES**
Licensors may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software at their discretion. You agree that these updates are subject to this EULA and may be automatically applied to your Software.
### 5. **USER-GENERATED CONTENT**
The Software may allow You to create, modify, or upload content ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting any User-Generated Content, You grant Licensors a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content within the Software. You represent and warrant that You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content and that your content does not violate any laws or infringe third-party rights.
### 6. **TERM AND TERMINATION**
This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling the Software. Licensors may terminate this EULA if You fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in your possession.
### 7. **DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES**
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ZERAUS DEVS LTDA AND STATION GAME STUDIO S.R.L DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
### 8. **LIMITATION OF LIABILITY**
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZERAUS DEVS LTDA OR STATION GAME STUDIO S.R.L BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
### 9. **GOVERNING LAW**
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country/Region], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any disputes related to this EULA will be resolved in the courts of [Country/Region].
### 10. **MISCELLANEOUS**
- **Severability:** If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
