End User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") constitutes a legal contract between you ("User" or "You") and the Farming Development Team ("Company", "We", "Our", or "Us") concerning your use of Farming ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game on the Steam platform, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms set forth in this EULA. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from installing, accessing, or using the Game.
2. License Grant
We hereby grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and utilize the Game, strictly for your personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the provisions of this EULA and the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
3. Restrictions
You agree that you will not, and will not permit others to:
- Employ any unauthorized third-party software, scripts, bots, or other means to cheat, exploit, automate, or otherwise manipulate the Game.
- Engage in reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or any attempts to derive the source code of the Game.

- Rent, lease, lend, resell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Game or any copies thereof in any manner.
- Remove, modify, or conceal any proprietary notices or labels present on the Game.
4. Cheating and Bot Usage
The use of cheats and bots is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Utilizing any software or device that automates game functions.
- Exploiting any bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities within the game to gain an unfair advantage.
- Participating in activities that disrupt the normal gameplay experience for other users.
- Sharing or distributing methods or tools associated with cheating or bot usage.
Any violation of these terms will result in the immediate revocation of your license to use the Game and may also lead to the suspension of your account.
5. Termination
This EULA remains in effect until terminated. Should you fail to comply with any provisions of this EULA, your rights will terminate immediately and automatically, without prior notice from the Company. Upon termination, you are required to stop using the Game and to destroy all copies of the Game that are in your possession or control.
6. Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify both the Game and this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Game after any such modifications will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must cease using the Game and uninstall it.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use or inability to use the Game.
