END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR ACE SQUARED
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE
This License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “License”) is a legal agreement between you (the “Licensee” or “you”) and Oldground Software Oy, a company based in Finland (hereinafter referred to as “Oldground Software”, “we”, or “us”), regarding the software for Ace Squared, any related files, and any updates or patches (collectively referred to as the "Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to the terms of this License. If you do not agree to the terms of this License, you are not permitted to install, use, or copy the Software, and you must cease any further use of it.
1. GRANT AND SCOPE OF LICENSE
1.1. Subject to you complying with the terms of this License, Oldground Software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, revocable license to:

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
3.1. You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the Software, including but not limited to code, designs, artwork, music, and any other content associated with Ace Squared, are owned by Oldground Software.
3.2. The Software is licensed to you, not sold. You have no rights to ownership of the Software or any modifications you may make, except the right to use the Software under the terms of this License.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
4.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE AND ANY RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH RUNNING IT.
4.2. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE FREE FROM ERRORS OR INTERRUPTIONS, NOR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1. SUBJECT TO CLAUSE 5.3, OLDGROUND SOFTWARE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF THE SOFTWARE’S USE OR INABILITY TO USE, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, SERVER DOWNTIME, OR HARDWARE FAILURE.
5.2. Oldground Software’s total liability in all cases will not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Software.

6.1. Oldground Software reserves the right to terminate this License at any time if you breach any of its terms.
6.2. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Software and delete all copies in your possession.
7. GENERAL
7.1. This License constitutes the entire agreement between you and Oldground Software in relation to the Software and supersedes any prior communications or agreements.
7.2. Oldground Software reserves the right to transfer its rights and obligations under this License to another entity without affecting your rights.
7.3. If any part of this License is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
7.4. This License is governed by the laws of Finland, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Finland.
7.5. We may update or modify this License from time to time. Continued use of the Software will be deemed as acceptance of any changes.

2.1. Except as expressly set out in this License or as permitted by applicable local law, you agree not to:
- Disassemble, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Software, except as necessary for normal operation or permitted under mandatory legal rights.
- Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Software to third parties without our written consent.
- Use the Software for any commercial or profit-making purposes without obtaining an appropriate license from Oldground Software.
- Modify, adapt, or merge the Software with other software, nor incorporate it into any other programs, unless expressly permitted in writing by Oldground Software.
