END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either as an individual or on behalf of an entity, the “User”) and Lacrima Noctis Katarzyna Kozaczkiewicz regarding your use of “Vampires Fable” desktop “Software”. Under this EULA, Lacrima Noctis Katarzyna Kozaczkiewicz grants to the User a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use this Software. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT INSTALL, USE OR COPY THE SOFTWARE.
Summary
- The User must agree to all of the terms of this EULA to use this Software;
- If so, the User may use the Software in demo version for free;
- This Software is provided "as-is" with no warranties, and the User agree that Lacrima Noctis Katarzyna Kozaczkiewicz is not liable for anything you do with it;
The Agreement
By downloading, installing, using, or copying the Software, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this EULA, you may not download, install, use or copy the Software and you must remove the Software.
The License
Your license to use the Software is expressly conditioned upon your agreement to all of the terms of this EULA. This software is licensed, not sold. Lacrima Noctis Katarzyna Kozaczkiewicz reserves all other rights not granted by this EULA.
Title, copyright, intellectual property rights and distribution rights the Software remain exclusively with Lacrima Noctis Katarzyna Kozaczkiewicz. This EULA constitutes a license for use only and is not in any way a transfer of ownership rights to the Software.
The Software may be loaded onto no more than one computer. A single copy may be made for backup purposes only.
The rights and obligations of this EULA are personal rights granted to the User only. The User may not make available the Software for use by one or more third parties.
The Restrictions
When using the Software The User must use it in a manner that complies with the applicable laws in the jurisdiction(s) in which you use the Software.
The User may not sell, resell, rent, publish, lease or exchange the Software for anything of value.
The User may not redistribute the software and The User may not repackage or bundle the Software with any other software.
The User may not remove or alter any proprietary notices or marks on the Software.
The Software may not be modified, disassemble, reverse-engineered or de-compilated in any manner through current or future available technologies.
The User may not transfer of assign any of the rights or obligations granted under this EULA to any other person or legal entity.
Intellectual Property Notices
The Software and all worldwide copyrights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights therein are the exclusive property of Lacrima Noctis Katarzyna Kozaczkiewicz. Lacrima Noctis Katarzyna Kozaczkiewicz reserves all rights in and to the Software not expressly granted to you in this EULA.
You may not disclose to other persons the data or techniques relating to this Software that you know or should know that it is a trade secret of the Lacrima Noctis Katarzyna Kozaczkiewicz in any manner that will cause damage to the Software development by Lacrima Noctis Katarzyna Kozaczkiewicz.
Disclaimers and Limitations on Liability
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, AND NO WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IS GIVEN. YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
Lacrima Noctis Katarzyna Kozaczkiewicz does not warrant that:
- the Software will meet your specific requirements;
- the Software is fully compatible with any particular platform;
- your use of the Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
- the results that may be obtained from the use of the Software will be accurate or reliable;
- the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Software will meet your expectations;
- any errors in the Software will be corrected
Lacrima Noctis Katarzyna Kozaczkiewicz reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Software (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
