END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal document that outlines the rights and obligations between you (the "User") and tateorrtot ("Company") in relation to your use of Into The Void ("Game") software and related services. By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install, access, and use a copy of the Game for personal and non-commercial purposes, solely on a compatible device through the Steam platform.
2. Ownership
The Game and all associated materials (including but not limited to software, code, graphics, sounds, and text) are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that this Agreement does not grant you any rights, title, or interest in the Game, except for the limited license expressly granted above.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or any portion thereof without written permission from the Company.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in the Game.
Use the Game for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
Use the Game for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including cheating, hacking, or disrupting other players' experience.
4. Updates and Modifications
The Company reserves the right to provide updates, patches, or other modifications to the Game at any time. Such updates may be mandatory to continue using the Game. The Company may alter or discontinue certain features or content in the Game at its sole discretion.
5. User-Generated Content
By submitting any content, such as text, images, or gameplay modifications, through the Game or related services, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute such content.
6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and uninstall all copies.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided "AS IS" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices. In no event shall the Company be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of The United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in The United States in case of any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement.
9. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Agreement on the Steam platform or within the Game. Continued use of the Game after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
