END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and ElOctopus Makes Games ("Company") for the software product Dumbest Tourists of Timelines ("Game"). By installing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Game without the express written consent of the Company.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by the Company. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.
3. Limitations of Liability
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The Company is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to any loss of data or profit.
4. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Naples, Italy, and the laws of Italy shall govern this Agreement.
5. Modifications to the Agreement
The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated to you through the Game or other means. Continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
